Oh the pain!
Tyler and I were playing ball in the court. Everything was fine until he threw the ball, an the sun got in my eyes. I missed and hit the concrete wall really hard. "Ow! FUCK!" I screamed. My nail was ripped and bleeding. My thumb started to swell up.
"You're coming to the nurse with me." I said to Tyler. He ignored me. I went over to the next court " will any of you come to the nurse with me?" Brittany and someone else stood up.
We walked and talked. As we passed the band room, the bell rang. They left and I showed everyone that I knew what happened. At the nurse's office, all she did was put a bandaid on my nail and send me to class.
At science, I tested my thumb. It was really hard to write with my left hand. I'd turn around to ask Jackie a question, and catch Travis staring at me. I don't know why, but I'm okay when he's alone. When I see him with Jessica, I just shut down or block them out.
