Monster Mash.

I sat on the bleachers, with Dennis and Arnie. Arnie wasn't saying much, but he seemed pretty pissed off that Dennis and I ran off during our first three periods without him. I guess he thinks we did something. So I scooted over towards him and rested my head on his shoulder. He looked at me through his thick framed glasses and smiled.

"Dennis..." Arnie said suddenly. Dennis looked back at us and smirked at me.
"Yeah?"
"...What are you doing after school today?"

Dennis and Arnie got into some conversation about Dennis restarting football and for him to be careful because of what happened last time. I was really zoning out and not really listening. That's when Arnie tilted my face to his and planted a delicate kiss on my lips.

I was really shocked that he'd do that in public...

"Wanna come see Christine with me after school?" I nodded and I realized how much I actually could not wait!
