Flirting With the Wind

Mirabel Sheperd is half German and half hispanic. Her father Gerard is terminally ill and she hopes to mend the broken bond between him and her Uncle Frederick. When she convinces her father to go back to his home country, she finds Germany not as lovely as she remembered it as the new leader Hilter begins to ruin things. Her Uncle Frederick is a high ranking official in the military and has been even before Hitler's rise. Being high ranking means on grounds servicemen to order around one of which being Sergeant Hugo Stiglitz.
