I Measure My Self-Worth by the Numbers on the Scales

Gerard Way: Bullied mercilessly for being a 'bit bigger' than other kids his age. He stopped eating in attempt to lose weight and wound up collapsing. His parents know he needs help.

I swallowed hard, my throat clotted with tears at the sight before me. After all that time I’d spent trying to lose weight and it was for nothing.

Frank Iero: Desperate to be like all those other guys with the great bodies. His mother, fed-up of struggling to get him back to 'normal' again, searches for a way to help him.

I wondered if the smile was to conceal a smirk as she saw the fat kid waddling after the woman in front.

Two anorexic boys sent to a 'clinic' for teenagers like them. When the two meet, they find understanding and support in each other. The two quickly become friends and make a slow recovery together. When a kiss occurs accidentally, will it blossom into romance? Or was it just a stupid mistake? And do people always make a full recovery?

I suck at descriptions. Fortunately, I don't have first hand experience to anorexia so this is my interpretation.
