Kalilah Jimmerson, or just Kali as her friends call her, is your average twenty-three year old girl. She's works at a local cafe in Huntington to earn some much needed money. She's barely getting by but she's content with her life. She's well aware that something is missing from her life though but can't quite place her finger on what it is.

Zacky Baker has a rocky relationship with Gena. They're falling apart. He's got it all, a nice home, two awesome dogs, great friends, a great profession, and a cheating fiancé. He can't take it anymore and decides Gena's got to go. He just can't marry someone who's cheating on him.
