Misunderstanding
Jamia's POV:
Steve slowly kissed my neck. Ugh, what a fucking tease!
The only bad thing about it was that I happened to look apon the clock on his wall.
"Shit, shit, shit!"
"What?" Steve let go of me, looking puzzled.
"I-I have to go, Steve. I'm late... for an appointment."
"Okay... but call me later. Why are you coming and going so much?" Oh no. Steve didn't know that I was cheating on him. Just that Frank was my friend.
"My friends and I hang out a lot! Bye" I said, running out the door.
But I knew who I wanted to be with- Steve.
But Frank loved me... and I loved him. But not like I loved Steve. Not how Frank loved me.
Damn it.
I had to tell him.
Gerard's POV:
I found Frank at home.
He was nervously fiddling with something in his pocket.
"What's that?"
Frank jumped. He looked kinda relived to see me.
"Hey Gee.
Can I tell you something? Something you promise not to tell anyone?"
"Sure, Frank. You can tell me anything."
Frank's POV:

I sounded really nervous. And I highly doubt he could understand what I said.
"Huh?" Yeah, I was right.
"I'm asking Jamia to marry me."
"Um... Frank? Has she talked to you yet? If she did, you would know what I was talking about."
"Uh, no? Why?"
"Ask her yourself, Frank. Just say that Gerard told you to."

I'm so confused.

Gerard left the room. I could swear that I heard someone crying.
But somehow, I didn't want to give the ring to Jamia.
It wanted to belong to Gerard.
Gerard's POV:
I cried.
I cried for so long, that after the tears were gone, I just sat there and cried without tears.
Reason #1:
I loved Frank.
He was the best thing that had ever happened to me.
And no. I didn't forget last night.
Reason #2:
He didn't know.
His poor, beautiful heart was going to get broken. He really loved Jamia.
And he pulled so much courage to get the ring, to ask Jamia.
And now he was going to regret it all.
