Our Lullaby

This story was written for Stars Collide.’s contest Song of Your Heart . The song I was given was Chase Coy’s Lullaby

My story is based on a couple that broke up years ago because the boy (Embry) left his love (Alexa) in the middle of the night to become a Singer in New York. When he returns to London he gets a shabby flat which is detested by his new friend Tommy who was friends with Alexa in school when he detested the bunch. Now Tommy convinces Embry to move in with him and his friends at the estate his grandfather left him. This song becomes the song Embry sings to Alexa when times become much to hard for either of them.
