Especially if it’s other people in pain.
But pain coming from me is still good.
But Nursie is coming now.
She’ll take my sharp-sharp away.
Then I won’t be able to hurt anyone.

Nursie in pain now.
She’s wriggling like a worm.
She's screaming too.
Screaming’s good.
It brings attention.
I say, “ Shhhhh, Nursie, shhh. There’s a good girl. Pain’s good. It hurts you? Here, I take it away for you.”
Nursie still now and quiet now.
Door is open.
Open doors are good.
They mean escape.
