Once upon a time, in this tale, there was a human mortal named Bailey Montecio and a dragon hiding in disguise as a human: "Keith Sutherland." Keith left: a dragon has his own priotires after all, even if his human lover is pregant....even if he does truly love her.
One year later everything's changed.
Bailey is going to a college in Tumwater, Washington, a few miles from La Push. Jacob, heart broken from Bella going into Edward's arms, stumbles into Bailey. A human and a wolf shapeshifter. They aren't imprints. They're not lovers. They're just friends. Or at least that's what Jacob would like to think.
