Ella and Rebecca had been inseparable as kids. If Ella took a bath, Rebecca had to take a bath as well. If Rebecca wanted a new Barbie doll, Ella had to get one just like Rebecca’s so they could play together. They were twins; fraternal. They might as well have been joined at the hip, until they became teenagers.
