Wish On May

My mother named me May after her favorite month, and my grandmother, Mable. Her and I were close until she started to forget who I was. The doctor's said that my mother's early Alzheimers could be treated, and possibly with some help she could live a happy life. Some days are better then others, usually when it rains she's lucid.

I wish I may, I wish I might, I wish my mother would be alright.
