Rays of sunlight flooded into the window of Peter Benjamins’s bedroom. He was awakened by the sudden light, much to his dismay. Dread surrounded him like a baby in a blanket. Peter didn’t want to face the world. Especially not without her. Knowing she would never be there for him again made him want to crawl back into fetal position, and cut this horrid world out of his memory. Only if he could actually do that.
