Stella Davenport is: Crazy.
Well, according to everyone who knows her that is.
Even her own mom thinks that, other wise, Stella Davenport wouldn't be getting shipped off to live with her Grandmother in a resort down in St. Pete's Beach Florida where it is mostly inhabited by the retired.
Though, two people are excited to be staying there;
Stella Davenport: Because she happens to get along well with people who are from an older generation.
Justin Bieber: Because it's the perfect place for a vacation. The resort is mostly home to the elderly so why would there be any young JB fan's or Paparazzi scoping the place out.
