Lance's Charizard

Lance has always believed in maintaining the alpha-male stance within a pack of dragons. He knows that it's the only way to truly rule over such vicious creatures. But he always knew that, sooner or later, he would slip up. He had just been hoping that when he did, it wouldn't be in the presence of Charizard.

For the purposes of plot, though, Lance does lose control of Charizard, and when it lashes out and Lance is left in hospital, Lance has only two months to pull himself together and regain dominance, because when the League begins, he will be at risk of losing his title of Champion altogether.
