Just an idea I had for a story while watching 'Eragon' yesterday. Keep in mind, i have read the books, but not obsessively. Plus, this is a fanfiction, Imma change some things. ^.^

Dero Alice Morwhind is a 15 1/2 year old girl from Palancar Valley. She lives with her constantly stressed mother and little brother named Nicolai (8 years old) who is very often ill. They live in relative poverty and in order for the family to pay for Nicolai's medicine, Dero's mother does something drastic. But in order to find out, you'll have to read on. ^.^
