Love Knows No Boundaries

Koby heard Mike's voice as Mike and Ciera walked up to Koby's house. Koby immediately answered the door when he heard the doorbell. Ciera kept staring down at the ground as Mike helped her into Koby's living room.
"C, talk to him," Mike said as Koby sat down on the other side of Ciera.
"Ciera, please. I am so sorry," Koby said.
"It's.... not your fault," Ciera said, not taking her eyes off the floor.
"Well....." Koby said.
"I'm sorry for blaming you. It really wasn't your fault," Ciera said.
"C, look at me," Koby said.
Ciera looked up. Koby kissed her cheek.
"I love you, C," Koby said.
"I love you too," Ciera said, smiling at him.
"Thanks, Mike," Koby said, smiling at Mike.
"Anytime," Mike said, laughing.
"Want to stay?" Koby asked Ciera.
"Sure," Ciera said, staring at Koby's face.
"You can too, Mike," Koby said, staring into Ciera's eyes.
"Nah, I'll pass seeing the love fest," Mike said, laughing.
Mike walked out the front door. Koby kissed Ciera on the lips just as Mike started up his car. Ciera laughed when she pulled away from Koby.
"You are insane, boy," Ciera said.
"Your point is?" Koby said, laughing.
"That I love an insane person," Ciera said, smiling.
"Well, I'll take that one as a compliment. I love you too," Koby said.
