I'm Younger Than I Look

I walked up stairs with Storm- Mckenna had to leave because she promised she’d go on some date with Tyler. I laid on her bed while she opened a drawer and pulled out a bathing suit for me.

“Here” She threw me a red plain bikini and she pulled out a black one for herself.

“Thanks” I said. I stripped my clothes off and put the bathing suit on. It was a little big for me on the bottoms but I just tied the strings tighter so it hugged my hips.

“Ready?” I winked she winked back and we walked down stairs. The guys were waiting for us in the kitchen talking.

“So where’s your lovely girlfriend?” I asked Alex as I walked back him outside. He followed right behind me.

“She went home after she somehow got punched in the face” He said with sarcasm.

“Whoops” I said playfully. He turned around and gave me a look. “What?” I smiled. “She deserved it. She pushed me in the pool after claiming she liked my hair. Why would she want to ruin it for me? Hmm?” I said raising my voice up a bit.

“Can’t you two get along?” He sighed.

“No and I would rather not even if we could” I was coming off bitchy but at the moment I didn’t care.

“Why?” he questioned.

“I don’t like her” I said defensibly

“Geez you act like a 14 year old” He groaned. I clenched my fists together trying not to bitch at him. The palms of my hands got sweaty as I stood there. He turned around and looked at me. “You confused me sometimes Olivia. You do” I released my fists and walked past him giving him a little shove and pushing him into the pool since he had already had his bathing suit on. He swam up to the top of the water and shook his hair.

“Whoops” I said again smiling.

“HAHA GAYSCARF” Jack yelled laughing at him. Alex swam over and jumped on top of Jack causing him to go under the water. I shook my head and laughed. I walked over to the shallow end and walked in. By now everyone was outside and in the pool.

“Okay if you don’t hurry up and get in I’ll throw you into the deep end” Zack said. I looked at him like he was crazy.

“Zack Merrick, don’t you dare” I said giving him a puppy dog face. He shrugged it off and came closer. “Zack no!” I breathed. “Zack!” He grabbed my waist and lifted me into the air throwing me toward the deeper end of the pool. I swam up to the top and glared over at him. “I hate you Merrick” I grabbed a floatie and put it underneath my arms so it would keep me afloat since I didn’t feel like swimming to keep myself up.

“HEY” Jack yelled in my ear grabbing onto my floatie keeping him up as well.

“Jack I’m right next to you, no need to yell” I grinned at him.

“I was making sure you heard me” He said in a low voice.

“Jack, when don’t I hear you?” I teased and ruffled his hair.

“So you hear me moaning your name every night?” He commented. I rolled my eyes and
pushed him off my floatie, running into Rian and his floatie.

“Hold on to Rian’s floatie” I said looking over at him. He gave me a playful glare. I smiled at
him and adverted my gaze to Alex who was talking to Storm. I pulled the floatie off me and
swam over to their direction.

“My love!” Storm said putting her hands around my shoulders. I gave her a small smiled and
hugged her back.

“So what are you two talking about?” I asked joining their conversation weather they wanted
me to or not.

“Oh we were just talking about you” Storm said honestly. “Alex thinks’ you’re being immature
about this Lisa thing” She smiled at Alex and he looked at her in disbelief. She walked up
the steps to the pool and sat on a chair drying herself off. She was secretly watching Alex
and I. I knew how she was I didn’t need to look over at her, I just knew she was.

“I’m being immature about this?” I asked a bit annoyed.

He groaned. “Yes you are and it’s getting out of hand” He admitted.

“I’ve fucking talked to her three times in my whole life! The first time glared at me, the
second time she pushed me into the pool and the third time she bitched at me saying stay
away from her man!” I yelled at him. I could feel everyone’s gaze head our way. “SO THE
LAST TIME I FUCKING CHECKED SHE’S THE ONE BEING IMMATURE ABOUT THIS!” I
yelled.

He rolled his eyes at me and shook his head. “Why are girls always so bitchy?” He stated
more to himself.

“Fuck you Alex. I can’t believe I liked you in the first place. You’re a self absorbed asshole
along with your bitch ass girlfriend” I stated. His eyes flared up to mine, I could see he was
pissed.

“Don’t say that about Lisa” He warned. I smiled.

“Say what? The truth, that Lisa is a self absorbed two-faced bitch?” I screamed. Alex stood
up from the water and withdrew his hand slamming it against my left cheek bone. Why he
slapped me and didn’t punch me was beyond my understanding. I stood there in disbelief
as my hand went to my face.

“Go to fucking hell” I spat before running out of the pool and inside the house. I grabbed a
towel from her bathroom and wrapped it around my body. There was a dark red mark of
where he had slapped me. I sighed trying not to let the tears stream down my face. I walked
out her front door and sat on her drive way. The warmth of the towel wasn’t very much but I
wasn’t about to sit there and asked if I was okay twenty times. The tears streamed down my face. My hand whipped them away as if someone was watching me. I ran my hand through my hair and cried into my knees.
