Pinky Promise.

And when nothing could rain on her parade,

Pinky Promise | Three.

It wasn't long until we fell for each other.
Just to think it all began seven months ago at a deadly concert.

"Wake up, gorgeous."
I stretched far and breathed in the fresh scent of the lake.
Then, I saw him looking down on me.
I kissed him on the cheek.
"That's all I get?" He looked adorable.
I giggled and said, "Morning breath."
He rolled his eyes and kissed me harder.
I pulled away smiling.
"That's more like it," He commented.
I sat up and looked around us.
"What time is it?" I asked.
He looked at his cell phone.
"Uhm, it's eight thirteen."
"Oh, no." I stood up quickly and started picking up all my things.
"Wait, bae. What's up?"
"I'm late for school, my aunt probably noticed that I'm not home."
I went to run off. He caught me and pulled me into a kiss.
"Have a good day, I'll pick you up from school."
I left with a smile.

"Where were you this morning?" Eva asked.
"What do you mean?" I asked as I stuffed my books into my locker.
"You weren't on the bus."
"Uh, snuck out last night. Overslept."
Her eyes got huge. "Tell me all about it."
"We - you know."
She winked. "Finally."
"Excuse me?" I was offended.
She laughed.

"See you later," I called out to Eva.
I repositioned my bookbag and looked out for Shane's car. I saw him leaning against his hood. I grinned.
He glanced at his phone then he looked up to me.
He grinned and nodded. I started my way to the car when somebody from behind me bumped into me.
I fell to the grass. The person didn't stop to apologize, they just kept running. I looked up and that person was infront of Shane. Shane pointed to me. I picked up my books. Then, when I looked up that person's lips were on Shane's lips. His lips belonged to me. They were my heaven.
My heart dropped. My feet ran.
