Are You Implying That I Always Act Without Thinking

Tre made a disgusted face as he shoved his airplane provided meal back away from him as far as he could manage. He was beginning to wonder why he'd even decided that it would be a good idea to order dinner right now.

As far as he could tell the meal was supposed to be some form of a chicken, vegetable, and rice casserole. Though the rice was mushy the chicken was tough and the veggies looked less than fresh. The juices from the casserole had already soaked into his dinner roll making it soggy and the sweet smell coming from what he thought may be vanilla pudding was making him feel even more nauseated.

He had felt like hell when he woke up in New York this morning and his health hadn't improved as the day wore on and they boarded their flight to London.

He glared as Mike turned around in the seat right in front of him and gave him a cheerful grin. “Not feeling too good there Tre?”

Tre made no response to this as he grabbed the sunglasses that had been hanging from his black T-shirt and slipped them on deciding that he didn't care if any of the other passengers on the plane stared at him for wearing sunglasses on the plane at night.

He turned to the seat beside him and spoke up in an exasperated voice to Grace as he motioned a hand towards Mike. “You seriously aren't going to tell me what I did to him last night that's making him enjoy tormenting me so much, are you?”

Grace looked up from her finished meal as she reached out and patted her hungover boyfriend on the cheek. “Nope. Lets just say that it involved a drunk you, a hotel room door, and a little bit of puke.”

Billie spoke up from the seats behind them snickering a tiny bit. “Don't worry about it man. He'll forget about it next week when you do something else really stupid.”

“Are you implying that I always act without thinking?” Tre asked letting out a tired sigh as he pulled up his armrest and snuggled against Grace.

He got five quick responses to this question from Billie, Mike, Brittney, Grace, and the guys tour manager Bill. “Yes.”

“I'm not that thoughtless.” Tre pouted as he wrapped an arm around Grace's waist snuggling against her even more as he let a hand run up under her orange zip up jacket and the white top she had on underneath it. He smiled as he touched her bare skin.

“Yes you are.” Mike grumbled as he turned back around in his seat.

“Yeah there was the time that you threw that TV out of that hotel room window in Wisconsin. The hotel staff almost killed you before we coughed up the money for them to buy a new TV.” Billie pointed out causing Tre to let out a huff.

“I was like twenty six when I did that. I'm not as bad as I used to be. Aren't you the one that broke that chandelier in your hotel room a few years ago?” Tre argued causing Billie to sigh ignoring this accusation.

After all it was the truth. Billie Joe had broken a chandelier by swinging from it. In his defense he was completely wasted when it had happened and he'd been sure to pay for it and apologize to the hotel staff repeatedly.

“What about last week then? When you and Grace decided that it would be a funny idea to glue all those quarters to the floor all around that hotel and then giggle every time someone tried to pick one up.” Billie pointed out causing Tre to begin to snicker at the memory.

Grace spoke up quickly ignoring her giggling boyfriend. “I would like to point out that I really had nothing to do with that. I just walked down into the lobby and this genius pulls me over shows me some Elmer's glue and a stack of quarters and says 'hey Graceful watch this it's gonna be hilarious'.”

“Hey you're supposed to be on my side besides it was hilarious. You all laughed at it.” Tre grumbled.

Grace pressed a kiss to his cheek ignoring his pouting. He spoke up again sighing. “Can I please know what I did last night. It must have been something big if you're all ganging up on me today for it and mentioning my past behavior.”

Grace let out a sigh as she spoke up. “Well you tried to make out with me in the back of the cab all the way back to the hotel even though Billie, Mike, and Brittney all had to share a cab with us.”

Billie spoke up quickly interrupting Grace. “Yeah do you have any idea how disgusting it was having to watch you try to play tonsil hockey with Grace? The cab driver was watching you too. I still don't know if that cab driver was grossed out or really into it.”

Tre glared at him as Grace began to continue the story. “Then when we made it to the hotel we took a elevator with Mike and Brittney. You tried to shove your hand up my shirt and grab one of my breasts while we were in the elevator.”

It was Brittney spoke up interrupting Grace this time. “Trust me I will never be able to unsee you trying to grope her in front of us. Mike and I now unfortunately know the exact color and design of one of Grace's bras”

Grace let out a sigh continuing once again. “Then when we got off the elevator you took off running at top speed and ended up projectile vomiting right in front of the hotel room across from Mike's room. Some of it even ended up getting on the door.”

Mike rolled his eyes speaking up. “Trust me it was bad. Seeing you vomit reminded me of that vomiting scene from the Exorcist. The guy that was staying across from us thought that I did it and he wouldn't believe me when I told him it was you. I'm pretty sure we're not going to be able to stay in that hotel when we go back to New York City. A housekeeper gave me the evil eye this morning when I walked out of my room and she was using a carpet cleaner to clean up your mess.”

Tre frowned and let out a sigh as he spoke up. “Sorry.”

He couldn't help but to hope that this flight ended soon. The sooner he got to the hotel room in London where he could sleep off his hangover the better.

..............................................................

Tre ran a hand down Grace's body as he spoke up “I never thought you would have a tattoo.”

She rolled her eyes as he ran his hand along the tiny design on her left hipbone. “I'm surprised you just noticed it. That's what happens when you let your roommate get you wasted on your twenty first birthday and then let her take you to a tattoo parlor.”

“But why on earth did you get a cassette tape?" Tre laughed as he pulled down the sheets studying the pink and purple tiny cassette tape tattooed on Grace's hip bone.

She rolled her eyes again as she spoke. “I was drunk and really stupid. I had Jen encouraging me too and telling me it was a genius idea. So now I'm stuck with it. I thought about getting it covered up, but I don't want to have to explain to the tattoo artist what a drunk idiot I am.”

Tre locked his lips with hers before pulling back. “I happen to like your drunken idiot mistake.”

He kissed her again letting his hand wonder down to her backside. He whined a tiny bit as Grace pulled away from his kisses and climbed out of their hotel room's big bed.

She made her way over to her suitcase pulling out a brush. He watched her run the brush through her hair a couple of times before he spoke up. “Hey what are you doing? Come on, come back to bed.”

She turned facing him before she spoke up. “I can't.”

“Why not?” Tre asked tempted to get up and carry her back to bed himself.

She made her way back over to the bed and leaned over pressing a kiss to his lips. He took this as an opportunity to pull her back into bed with him.

She eventually ended up on top of him straddling him. He began to rock his hips against hers causing her to let out a slight gasp. She reluctantly pulled away from the kiss and moved down off his hips causing him to frown.

She moved off of him and climbed back out of bed. “I can't be late.”

“Hey you can't kiss me like that and dress like that and expect me to let you turn down sex.” Tre exclaimed as he sat up in bed.

“What do you mean? You're the one that kissed me to begin with and I'm just wearing what I slept in last night.” She stated as she stared down at what she was wearing.

It was just a light blue V-neck t-shirt and a pair of plain black cotton bikini style panties.

“I mean you're wearing something that you look sexy in and you're turning me down when I try to show you how much I like what you're wearing.” He grumbled letting out an annoyed sigh.

“I'm not turning down sex. I'm just postponing it until tonight. I have to meet Brittney down in the lobby. We're going shopping while you guys are in your interview.” Grace said as she made her way over to her suitcase pulling out her zip up jacket, a clean shirt, and a pair of jeans.

“What if I don't want to wait until tonight?” Tre asked sounding a little childish as he began to pout.

She shook her head as she pulled on a pair of jeans and found her bra at the bottom of his suitcase. She should have known better than to let Tre pack their bags before they'd left. “Too bad cookie. You're a big boy trust me. You can get up, get dressed , meet the guys in the lobby, go to your interview, and wait until tonight. Waiting isn't going to kill you.”

“Cookie? That's not exactly the most manly of nicknames. I think I may prefer baby.” Tre grumbled causing her to snicker.

“Okay good I'll remember that. The first time you do something to piss me off I'm calling you cookie right in front of Billie and Mike.” Grace teased causing him to roll his eyes.

“You wouldn't dare do that to me. Hey buy something silky or lacy and I'll forgive you for withholding sex from me.” Tre declared.

She raised an eyebrow as she sipped on her shirt and began to apply her make up. “I didn't picture you as the type to wear silky or lacy things. At least we know your comfortable in your masculinity.”

He rolled his eyes smirking at her statement. “You have no idea how comfortable I am. I did use to perform in dresses you know and I don't mind being in drag at all. Just buy some lingerie and wear it for me and all will be forgotten.”

She shook her head knowing that she had never really been that comfortable in any type of lingerie. Yes she owned a couple of thongs, but that was as far as she ever really went into it.

She actually always felt a little awkward in it anytime she tried to wear it, but he was giving her that look.

The look where he widened his eyes a little giving her puppy dog eyes and stuck his bottom lip out just slightly. She had quickly found out through the course of this relationship that she couldn't resist that look.

“Okay fine I'll visit a Victoria's Secret store even though I really hate those types of places. I'm warning you though If you brag to Billie or Mike or anyone else about me wearing anything like that for you then I will make sure you loose your other ball. You understand me.” She threatened.

He only grinned in response as he spoke up. “Trust me. I don't kiss and tell. This will just be our little secret. You're making me a happy boy trust me. I will probably engrave the memory of this into my brain.”

“You have a very perverted brain.” Grace insisted as she finally located her purse and began to make her way out of the room.

“As I've said before you aren't the first one to point that out.” Tre blurted out as she shut the door behind her.

Tonight was absolutely going to be great. He was sure of it.

...........................................................

Tre let out a sigh as his cell phone began to ring as soon as the guys and he made it back to the hotel after their interview.

He answered it only to hear a familiar voice on the other end of the phone. “Tre.”

“Uh hey Jen......how did you get my number?” Tre asked as he made his way to the elevator ignoring the looks both Mike and Billie were giving him.

He knew that they were probably wondering why in the hell he was talking to his girlfriend's roommate.

“I got it from Grace's address book. She left it here when she took off.” Jen sighed.

He smirked remembering writing his name, email, address, and both of his home and cell number into that address book before he had even really truly known Grace.

He cleared his throat as the elevator made it up to the top floor and the doors opened. “Grace isn't here. She went out shopping with Brittney. We're in London right now, So their both kind of excited about the shopping. I'm going to hate to see the damage they do when we go to Paris sometime after the New Year and Adie's with them to help out.”

Tre had already made sure that he took Grace sightseeing the day before when he had nothing to do. She had never left the United States before so she was a little bit excited about being overseas.

He had even managed to go and buy her what would eventually be her Christmas present when she wasn't paying attention.

“Oh. Well I don't think she would talk to me if she was there.......She's still pissed at me huh? I mean she has been ignoring my calls and my text messages for the past month.” Jen said.

Tre let out a slight sigh as he pulled his room card out of his pants pocket and slid it into the door letting himself into his room.

He was unsure of what he should say. He really didn't want to be in between his girlfriend and her best friend and he had already told Grace that he would be on her side no matter what. “I really don't know. Whatever you said really upset her though.”

“I know. She's done this before you know. I mean last time she got upset was right after Brent and she broke up. She disappeared for two months. It turns out the whole time she was in Texas down by the gulf hiding in some uncles of hers vacation beach house. When she finally showed back up in California she refused to talk about what she was doing alone in Texas for two months.” Jen stated.

He cleared his throat again unsure of what he was supposed to say in response to this. To tell the truth discussing his girlfriend's ex fiancee behind her back made him feel really uncomfortable.

He didn't have anything to say in response since Jen spoke up again. “I didn't mean to upset her. I brought up her ex and you and everything. I just screwed everything up. I was jealous.”

“Jealous of what?” Tre asked as he sat down on the edge of the bed.

“Grace and You. I mean you two have such a great relationship. You're so different from each other but you're so good for each other. You are really a wonderful boyfriend. You're faithful to her, you always make sure that she's happy and comfortable. You treat her like a princess and she's pretty much falling in love with you. I'm still here stuck in a relationship that's been off and on for years with a man that can't keep it in his pants for even five minutes. I just want what Grace has. I want someone to be nice to me and treat me the way I deserve to be treated. Grace pointed out that I deserve that and I got defensive with her.” Jen ranted causing Tre to raise an eyebrow.

He cleared his throat again as he ran a hand through his hair ruining his gelled faux hawk. “Maybe you should say that to Grace. I mean it might help if she heard that from you.” Tre finally said having no idea what else to say.

“Yeah maybe I should. That's if I can get her to talk to me.” Jen grumbled.

Tre spoke up before he could even stop to think about it. “I'll talk to her. I mean maybe I can get her to just call you and let you know she's okay.”

“Really. I mean you don't mind?” Jen asked sounding hopeful.

Tre ran his hand through his hair again farther ruining his hair. “Yeah I'll try.”

He hung up the phone not helping but to wonder how he got himself into this and how he was going to convince Grace to call her roommate whom she'd probably rather avoid.

.......................................................................

Tre smiled into the kiss that Grace and he were currently locked into. They finally pulled apart as the elevator doors opened on to their floor.

The guys, Brittney, and Grace and he had all gone out to dinner. Billie, Mike, and Brittney had gone on to a bar after dinner for a couple of drinks, but Tre and Grace had decided to go back to the hotel.

Grace couldn't help but to giggle a tiny bit as Tre pressed his lips against her neck as they finally reached the door to their hotel suite. She reached into his pants pocket fishing the room key out before she slipped it into the door opening it.

They made their way into the room before she pushed him away. “Go into the bathroom.”

“What?” He asked looking at her as though she had completely lost her mind.

She rolled her eyes as she leaned forward and pressed a kiss to his cheek. “Do you recall our conversation this morning? Where you basically demanded that I go to the first Victoria's Secret store I could find.”

He widened his eyes as he opened his mouth and worked out an “Oh.”

She smirked a little as she spoke. “So go into the bathroom and I'll call for you when I'm ready.”

Tre gave her one more kiss before he made his way to the bathroom. He managed to take off his shoes and socks before he slid off his pants and his shirt leaving him in just his black boxers.

He tossed his clothing all in a pile knowing that both Grace and he would have to rush to pack up tomorrow since they had to catch a flight back to New York at eight a.m.

Tre stood in the bathroom for what seemed like an eternity before he heard Grace call out his name. He exited the bathroom widening his eyes as he spotted her.

She was sitting up on the sheets with the comforter and the top sheet shoved off of her. She was wearing nothing but a barely there pair of lace pink panties and one of his black button up shirts unbuttoned.

She motioned for him to come over to her causing him to practically trip over his own feet rushing over to the bed. He locked his lips with hers letting his hands roam all over her body as he joined her in the bed.

He pulled away from the kiss for once in his life having no idea what to say. He finally spoke up whispering the only thing he could manage to work out. “Graceful you look so damn beautiful like this.”

She pulled him back against her locking her lips against his. She had a feeling that she wouldn't feel awkward in lingerie anymore after this.
