Beautiful

Darly woke on the old chair in the living room that had been thrown out years ago. A door slammed and her mother and father came up from the stars. Evelyn was in Darly's father's arms, sobbing,
“Your....Your sisters died! The contract was up...and they just pulled the plug on them!” She burst into tears like she had two years ago. Understanding dawned over Darly as she glanced at the knife on the kitchen table and back at her mother, then she realized just how beautiful her life could get.
