“I’m breaking up with you.” Jennifer said tightly through stiff lips. Kris’s eyes bugged out of his head.
“Why?”
“I just…Je ne veux pas être avec votre plus.” Jennifer did not blink. She lookd Kris straight in the eyes. “I’ve fallen out of love with you.”
“Jennifer, comment pouvoir vous dit ces choses?” Kris felt his eyes begin to well. He fought the tears. He felt a ball of pain erupt in his chest.
“Kris, I just can’t do this anymore. I’m done. I’m sorry.” She heaved a sigh, picked up her bag and walked out of Kirstopher Letang’s life.
“Why?”
