Hundreds of eyes darted across the great hall and fixed themselves onto a head of fairy floss coloured hair, a face full of makeup and a girl in an ill fitting boy’s uniform. Stepping shyly over to the Ravenclaw table, Alexandretta Wilderbeast was shaking with fear. New people, she thought, were not exactly her cup of tea, let alone a few odd hundred of them! Professor Flitwick nudged her to the centre of the aisle, and walked her up to the front lecturn, as she stood by Albus Dumbledore’s side. “Students and staff, I would like to invite you to welcome our newest student, Alexandretta Wilderbeast. She comes from All Halloween’s Girls School, so expect her to be stronger than your average opponent, be it a physical or mental challenge. Professor, please assign a student to help her to classes and such until she can find her way around.”
