Young and Aspiring
I'm going to mix around ages here so Frank shall be 15 and Gerard shall be 18.
Frank is you typical "emo/punk" 15 year old and problems at his old school lead him to move to Belleville High, which happens to contian none other than Gerard Way. Their friendship starts of as pure hatred but develops into something more.]
Gerard is the loner kid, with only one friend (Ray) and an annoying younger brother (Mikey). When a knew kid comes to town he loaths him. Gerard thinks he is the worlds biggest phony and is set on revealing him as such. Only his plans are slightly skewed by the short young man.
