Memories That Vanished

It's hard to face reality when the person you love can't remember. And when doctors tell you that you can't mention anything about their life because they have to come to on their own... it's heart breaking to watch the time pass by and yet, the love of your life doesn't remember you or the two boys that he has.

And it's completely unfair when his memory doesn't come back months later and his old girlfriend, the one he thinks he's still in love with, worries for him just as much as you do. Then when your sons ask 'where's Daddy?' and you can only reply that 'Daddy' has been wiped from his memory and that now... he is just Matt.

Matt Sanders.
