Closing Your Eyes Won't Make Me Disappear
An Old Friend
"Slow down Gina!"
I ignore the people calling out to me as I continued running.I had been infront of them for the whole time and just now they were gaining up on me.
'She's going to exauhst herself if she keeps running at this pace non-stop'Kakashi thinks as he leaps up to catch up with me without much effort.
"Hey,slow down,by the time we get there,you'll be too tired from the running to fight,"he states to me and I just grunt but slow slightly down.Naruto and Sasuke appear besides us in some time.
"So,are we going to fight ninja there?"Naruto asks looking up at Kakashi."There are no ninja there,they don't believe in the same things we do.Over there,they are warriors that can only serve their clan and master.They are called Samurai,"Kakashi explains over to Naruto and I tense up slightly.
"Why do they only fight for their clan and master?What about the other people?"Naruto questions confused.I started to quicken my pace.I didn't want to listen to them talk about my homelands.
"You okay?"
I don't look but reconize Sasuke's voice besides me.I simply grunt as I continued to look foreward.Neither of us talk after that.

"So Gina is one of them?"Naruto questions glancing at the front where me and Sasuke were running side by side."Yes,she was born and raised there.We don't hear about the village much because no one in the village trusts people outside Amarante or their clan.They usually keep their problems to themselves and nevrer ask or give any help,"Kakashi says to him and Naruto frowns."But Gina isn't like that,"he points out to him remembering many times Gina had been nice towards him.
"Gina's diffrent.Maybe spending three years away from Amarante changed some of her views on people outside her clan but she still holds the beliefs in the Bushido."
"The Bushido?"
"The Bushido is a book passed down through generations of samurai.It states all the ways of a samurai,rules,and consequenses.They take the Bushido very seriously which makes them disagree to the way ninja work,"Kakashi explains to Naruto.
"So will Gina become like them again?"Naruto questions looking back at me as I glared at the sky.
"I don't know."

"Stop!"
My body doesn't slow down one bit as I glare at the ninja infront of us.We had come across another village."Move.We are Konoha ninja heading to Amarante,"Kakashi says steping up from behind us.
Their eyes widen slightly but they narrow."Are you crazy?It's hell over there,the clans will kill you if your not one of them,"one of them says and I go around them.
"We are taking the chance."
Everyone continues on passing through the village as quick as possible.We had set out at midnight and now the sun was starting to come out.
Even though wouldn't admit it,my legs were soar and I was starting to get more and more tired.
"Usagi Village is next,that'll be our rest spot,then we'll head out to Amarante,"Takahiro calls out to everyone.Yeah right.Like I was going to rest.
We ran for about an hour until Usagi came up.It looked in a bad condition.Kakashi took control and steped up infront of us but then looked at me."You have to rest up with us as well,so don't think about heading out on your own,"he states towards me and I snort.
"Sasuke,make sure she stays here until we're ready to leave."
I felt someone come next to me and I glanced to see Sasuke there noding."Yes sir."
Dammit.I knew that I was tired.I don't think I could fight him off in my condition.I let out a growl as we contined on into the village until this old man came to view with two ninja by his sides."There you are!Thank goodness!"
He walks over to us looking relieved."Most of our troops have gone to the edge of the village to protect Usagi from any samurai who try to come in,many are trying to seek refuge but that'll only mean that the other clans will come after them and we can't risk that,"he says glancing around.I felt anger rush through me as I glared at him."So you won't let them in just so you can safe yourself?!"I growl glareing at him and he looks at me and his face pales and he steps back."It's one of them!"
Immedietly,I lunged at him but many people got inbetween us.Someone grabed my hand and pulled me back."Let go!He'll pay!"I say but the grip only tightened and I turned my glare to Tami who was pulling me away."Calm down.They're just thinking the best for the village.In the end,we're the ones helping them,Takahiro-sensai will probably put some sense into the man,"he says smiling over at me and I felt myself relax slightly.We stoped and walking and Takahiro came over a few minutes later looking aggrivated.
"We have ordered his troops just to protect for any samurai.All citizen are athorized to come in but that was all we could do.We are going to a inn where we'll be staying.We'll set out in two hours,"he says looking at me and I nod but still felt angered.
All the squads made their way over to the inn."Since there aren't enough rooms,every team will share a room,"Kakashi states as we walk in and he grabs our keys and we start walking upstairs."Aw,but I don't want to sleep in the same room as Sasuke!"Naruto says pointing at Sasuke who glares at him.
"I don't want to sleep in the same room as you either,"he snaps back at him."Well,I don't want to share a room with you guys either,but we have to so go in,"Kakashi says opening the room looking stressed at having to sleep in the same room with those two.
I walk in and glance around at the room.There was only two beds."I call the bed!"Naruto shouts quickly jumping on one."No.You don't.One's for me and the other for Gina,"Kakashi states pushing him off the bed."That's not fair!"
"You can take my bed,"I say over and he immedietly jumps on it and sticks his tongue at Kakashi."Ha!"
"I'm going for a walk,"I state turning around and start to walk."Sasuke.Your going with her.Make sure she dones't get into trouble or decides to leave without us,"Kakashi says over to Sasuke who nods and comes after me.
I just grunt ignoring him as I walk downstairs and walk out in the inn and glanced around."Where are we going?"Sasuke asks glancing around seeing nothing good in particular.I just start walking in a random direcction ignoring Sasuke who follows next to me.
I couldn't help but feel useless as I thought about the war going on in Amarante while I was here.I couldn't help but think of my brother.Gin.
I let out a sigh as I pulled my hood up and continued walking."We're going to set out in about two hours,we should rest and eat,"Sasuke says over to me and I knew he was right.I had to be strong when I got there.
I noded and we took a seat at the sides leaning against a tree.I open my bag up and take out some riceballs I had packed.I hand some over to Sasuke who takes it without saying anything.We start eating in silence.
My eyes glance around the village that seemed to be deserted.There were villagers of course but they all seemed to scared to come out their houses.The only ones who were actually were walking around were ninja.
Suddenly I heard something rustling behind us.I glanced over to see nothing.I frowned slightly as I glanced into the woods but then look away.I was to take a bite from my riceball when someone snatched it out.I glanced up to see a figure running away.Anger flooded through me as I ran after him immedietly forgeting about Sasuke and my bag."Gina!"
I ran after the figure that was covered up in many rags.They looks short so they looked like my age.I think they had brown hair from what I had see.I run after him as he takes into an alley and I immedietly go after him.
Then,we meet a dead end.He stops and I immedietly jump onto him.He lets out a grunt as he falls with me on top of him.I bring my hand up and punch him on the face that was covered with some cloths.Suddenly,the cloths came off and my eyes widen as the purple eyes looked back at me wide-eyed as well.
What is he doing here?!

"I'm going for a walk,"I state turning around and start to walk."Sasuke.Your going with her.Make sure she dones't get into trouble or decides to leave without us,"Kakashi says over to Sasuke who nods and comes after me.
