Welcome to the family

Stealing

1. to take (the property of another or others) without permission or right, esp. secretly or by force: A pickpocket stole his watch.
2. to appropriate (ideas, credit, words, etc.) without right or acknowledgment.
3. to take, get, or win insidiously, surreptitiously, subtly, or by chance: He stole my girlfriend.

Stealing is bad. We all know that, that's why only bad people do it. But what if the 'bad' people are broke? Does it still mean there bad people?
Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave it to the poor. He was considered a hero, in his time.

So why is it so bad now?

I'm broke, my mom is dieing and I have no way of paying for her medical bills and our home, unless I steal. Does that make me a 'bad' person?
