I Will Never Forget That Night
Visitation
The next day Spencer came to the hospital to visit.
"Hey, how are you?" he asked, looking pale and worried.
"Getting better," I said with a wave of my hand. "The better question is how are things at the house?" He smiled weakly.
"Getting better," he said mockingly. I smiled weakly up at him.
"Oh yeah?" I said back just as mockingly when Spencer captured me in a kiss.
"You know, we never really finished the getting to know each other portion," Spencer said.
"Well it looks like we will just have to fix that." And fix that we did. We just sat there for about two hours, just talking, before the nurses came to tell him that visiting hours were over.
"Well I will just have to come and see you tomarrow," Spencer said a little nervously.
"Sounds good to me," I said as he vanished out my room.
