This story is the story of a lifetime, literally.
It is the life story of Carilynne Rhodes. She was faced with issues that are way beyond her years which forced to grow up at a very early age. Now, she has very little tolerance for immaturity. She works fifty hours a week just to make ends meet. She never goes on dates, for one she really doesn't have the time, and two she has made up her mind that all men are the same.
One day, a man named Joseph Jonas stumbles into her path. Will she push him away like every other man in her life, or will Joe be able to unguard her heart?
