The Ladd School: Tales from Behind Close Doors

I decided it would be best if we started at the far end of the building. I took lead moving everyone towards the far end of the building. We walked through double doors into what was the pool room now it stood empty. I began to walk around the pool when my phone ran.

“Hello” I said
“Nick, we have a little problem” Rose said
“What did the ghost come back?”
“No, worse”
“What then?”
“Well there is a door that leads out of the cellar”
“Uh Yeah and...”
“It was unlocked when we walked in and now it's locked”
“How can that happen?”
“I don't know if I knew I wouldn't have called you”
“What building?”
“Foragty the school building”
“Okay I'm sending Cameron to help you”
“Okay”
“What's going on Nick?” Bella asked
“Rosalie and the others are locked in Fogarty's basement Cameron can you go get them out”
“Yeah sure don't move I shall return”
“See ya” Bella giggled

This place is beyond confusing. I half expected to be entering an abandoned building finding some paperwork on Rose and leaving not dealing with ghosts that could so almost anything to us. It was scary but I wanted to help to Rose so bad she may not have been my blood sister but she is still my sister. I promised to help Rose and I'm going to. This was going to be one long night.

“Alice get down from there” I spun to see Bella yelling at Alice who was walking along some pretty suitable breachers
“No” I smiled and shook my head typical Alice
“If you hurt your self I ain't looking after you” Bella said
“I won't” Famous last words

CRASH
“Told you so” Bella shrugged and walked away
“Alice” I yelled
“She's fine” Bella said
“Fine like wine I drink it all the time” Alice appeared out of the hole in the bleachers
“Told ya” Bella continued to walk off
“I'm home” Cameron yelled
“Great it's back” Bella snarled
“ Oh come on you love me”
“Ew no” Bella began a ramble

I simply walked off and continued to search for anything useful or anything that could lead us to something useful. As I searched Cameron walked over.

“Dude can I talk to you it's super important I don't think Bella is at all interested in helping Rose” Cameron “Can you talk to her?” I nodded before walking over to Bella
“Bella can I talk to you?” I asked
“Sure” Bella smiled
I walked towards the locker room where we could have some privace I'm sure Cameron and Alice can look after them self for 5 minutes I mean what possible could happen.

“What are you doing?” I snapped
“Looking around a creepy building?” Bella said confused
“What are you doing here? Why did you come?”
“Because I thought it would be cool” Bella shrugged
“So you came here not to help Rose but to look around because you thought it would be cool” I yelled
“Geez keep your pants on” Bella rolled her eyes

I went to scolded but my phone rang.

“I'll deal with you after” I growled
“N-Nick help Carly has been thrown down the stairs” Rose screamed at me
“Is she hurt?” I asked trying to be calm
“I think she's dead” Rose sobbed
“Rose stay right there I'm coming” I hung up

I ran straight to the others stopping only momentarily to yell at them.

“We're leaving right now” I yelled
“Why did Rosalie see another ghost?” Bella giggled
“Carly has been hurt” I growled before running off

I wish Bella hadn't come tonight she's nothing but trouble. We raced to the Forgaty building where I guessed she was. We rushed into the building where I began yelling.

“Rose you there” I called
“Yeah but Carly's not” Rose said
“What? What happened?” I asked
“She was thrown down the stairs she hit her head and she's dead” Rose sniffed
“Did you see what happened?” I asked
“Yes she’s dead Nick dead” Rose cried
“It's okay” I tried to comfort her
“Now what?” Alice asked
“We bury the body” Cameron said
“No we're taking her back to her parents” Rose yelled
“Fine then, Nick carry her to the car” Cameron sighed
“Okay let's split” I said

I walked over to Carly's lifeless body picking her up as softly as I can. I walked back up the stairs and past the other glancing at each awe struck and sad face. Rosalie was quite for once and she looked like she has seen a ghost. I walked out the doors of the large building and onto the grounds.

“Rose take the others back to the hospital building” I said

I took the broken body in my arms and laid her in the back of the car, covering her with a blanket I found in the boot. I locked the car and returned to my group.
