Let Me Go

3 months later

The past couple months have flown by. And Charlie was so close to being here. I woke up to Addison laying on my chest and her big belly was on my stomach. I could feel Charlie waking up

"Quit assulting me Charlie" Addison spoke softly

I pressed on the spot where she kick and she kicked back

"A-Addison" I said softly

She was streching her legs out

"Hmm" she said softly

I bit my lip

"I love you" I said

She sat up and looked down at me

"Who was that to?" she asked

I smiled

"You" I said softly

She blushed red then she suddenly got up and ran to the bathroom. I laughed and sat up and waited for her to finish. It took her longer so i went to make sure she was alright

"Addison?" I said before opening the door

She was sitting on the floor with her pants still down to her ankles. I walked over and she was looking at the scars Magnus put in her skin

"Addison come on stand up please" I said softly

She looked up at me with tears in her eyes

"I remember Kyle" she said softly

I picked her up and stood her up in front of me

"What are you talking about?" I asked wiping her face

She slapped me hard

"You have been lying to me this whole time. I remember everything all the pain all the rape. And his face" she was screaming

I held my face but then pulled her toward me

"NO! you didnt help me Kyle you never saved me from him. You let him do all thoose things to me and you never helped" she screeched

I buried my face in her hair

"Addison that's not true" I said my voice craking

She was trying to hit me again but i held her wrist

"You don't love me!" she yelled

I looked down at her but she wouldnt look at me

"Look at me" I said sternly

She looked up at me

"From the first moment I saw you I wanted you. I begged for him to let you go everyday but he would get angrier and say if i tried to help he would kill you. Im the reason you were in the basement cause if you stayed in that room with him it would have only been worse. I would give anything to go back to that night and make him put you back. Everytime I heard you scream or cry I wanted to go in there and make him stop. Everytime I look in your eyes i see how scared and hurt you looked whenever I went into that room." I was holding back tears myself

She was crying into my shirt now

"All I have are memories of you bleeding and crying and screaming. I was glad when they told me you forgot so that way one of us could be happy" I felt the tears flowing now

I just held on to her and we both were sobbing like babies. She pulled away and looked me in my face

"Go get the bags" she said softly

I wiped my face and gave her a confused look

"She is coming my water just broke" she said hurried

I went into the room and got her some dry clothes then I got her bag. When we got to the stairs she gripped my hand tightly

"Mom! Dad!" she yelled

We got downstairs and everyone seemed to jump into action. Brad threw me the keys to his truck

"Kyle you drive my truck. Mom and Dad I will ride with you guys in the Lexus" Brad said hurried

I helped Addison into the truck and I got in on the driver side. I backed out and was speeding all the way to the hospital. Addison still had my hand and would grip it tightly every so often

"Im sorry I slapped you" she said softly

I shook my head

"I deserved it don't worry about it" I said

When we go to the hospital I jumped out and helped her down. We walked in with her parents at our feet. Addison stoped walking and squeezed my hand again.Her parents and brother were talking so fast

"Hey she isn't going to just pop out can you guys chill" she yelled

Everyone shut up and the nurses hurried and got her a wheelchair. This was gonna be a long day
