Chelsey Lawrence has been friends with Justin bieber for 7 long years, neither of them realize the feelings they have for each other till 1 of chelsey's friends asks to play truth or dare and Justin gets into a dare that could make chelsey and Justin’s lives flip upside down. the feelings they held locked up start to come out and chelsey doesn’t know what to do about it while Justin wonders if he should ignore them. Things get awkward between the to when the usually sarcastic an tormenting relationship they once had turns to romance.
