Why Can't I Exist for You?
Dear L,
We've known each other since 6th grade. We've done 3 musicals together. We've teased each other relentlessly. I've like you since my freshman year. And sadly I've fallen into that hole where I help you and help you praying that one day you will see me in a new light. But I now realize that that's impossible. I want you to know that I'll wait for you. Don' t you know that I love you and have loved you? I hate you and I want to be you. I want you to open up your blinded eyes and see me there. Waiting, as always. But I am getting tired of waiting. And even though I love the color of your eyes, the way that you tease me, and your laugh--I'm not going to wait around forever. But I love you, in ways that you can't understand unless you can see into my heart. But, maybe, one day you'll be able to see into my heart. Just maybe.
