I laughed with Daniel as he gave me a lift to school. He is Matt and Val’s son, their oldest and is 18 so he is two years older than me. It’s his last year of school and he is having the time of his life being that he is on the football team and has a girlfriend that most guys would kill to have as well as you know having some pretty cool parents.
In the back seat were his sisters Alex and Lianna(16) who are twins and entertaining to be around, I always love it when they mess with teacher’s heads and switch places, funny as hell. I remember when we had to take a test and they both went to the bathroom and while in there they switched clothes and took each other’s test though it was Alex who answered the most of them as she is the smarter twin. Lianna got an A and still no one has said anything about it.
Jimmy was taking his daughter Jackie(16) and Johnny’s daughter Gemma(15) in today because well we don’t have enough cars, I’m learning to drive soon but Mom gets kind of worried about it so I haven’t started learning just yet.
I watched as Daniel laughed and took his eyes off the road for a second making the car swerve slightly and in the back Alex and Liana screamed while I laughed. Daniel righted himself quickly and grinned sheepishly while Lianna leaned forwards and smacked him in the back of the head
“idiot you could have killed us!” she screeched
“what a shame” Daniel muttered and I stifled a laugh.
We arrived at school and I got out and smiled at Daniel
“thanks Dan” he shrugged
“no worries” he grinned before walking off to go and find Amelia his girlfriend and head of the debate team, yeah I know.
Alex walked over to me and grinned
“do you think you’ll see the pick pocketing hunk today?” I rolled my eyes
“I hope to hell no, that was a lame way to get my attention” Alex shrugged

“for all the wrong reasons, he is now labelled ass on my people list” Alex chuckled
“ahh your mental people list, where do I come again” she asked and I grinned cheekily
“under ‘awesome bitches’” Alex laughed and started walking towards the building which Lianna had already entered in the search for her friends.
“you know if you want him off your back all you have to do is talk to Daniel and he will get the team on him” I laughed
“I want him off my back not killed” Alex shrugged
“same thing” I raised a brow
“you my friend are sadistic” Alex smirked
“I get it from my dad” I snorted
“I can imagine, what was it uncle Matt said would happen if any guy came within two feet of you in his presence?” Alex grinned
“chop his fingers off with garden shears then make a pretty necklace for me out of them” I chuckled and shook my head
“I think my point is made, I don’t want him killed just you know away from me” Alex nodded then looked up and groaned
“I don’t think that is possible right now” I looked at her questioningly and she nodded towards the lockers, looking that way I groaned as well and cursed
“what the fuck is he doing by my locker?” Alex shrugged and offered
“want me to get the shears?” I laughed and shook my head
“nah I’ll deal” she nodded and walked to her locker while I carried on to my own.
Reaching my locker Nathan stood up straight and grinned at me
“hello there gorgeous” I glared at him
“go away asshole” he held a hand to his heart and feigned hurt
“I don’t know why you would say something like that to me” I rolled my eyes as I pulled the door open and retorted
“oh I don’t know it could have something to do with you stealing from me” he held up his hands in a defensive pose and said
“I didn’t steal, I retrieved” I snorted
“yeah well I don’t like liars so leave now” I then slammed my locker door closed and walked off towards my first class, ignoring him when he called after me
“you’ll come to me soon enough!” I just carried on walking.
I was half way through my third lesson, Literature, when I felt in my pockets to find my phone so I could see if Zoe had text me at all seeing as she wasn’t in today but feeling around in my pockets I felt nothing. I frowned and pulled my bag over and searched through that as well but found nothing, I know I had it this morning because I used it to show Lianna in the car how to get the internet up so she could search for something for a piece of homework she was doing on the drive. It was nowhere to be found and I thought of where it could be for the rest of class.
As soon as class let out I hurried to find Daniel and found him with his football team mates. I smiled at them all and got greetings in return before I turned to Daniel and asked
“can I have your car keys?” he looked at me confused
“why would you need them?”
“I think I left my phone in your car, I can’t find it anywhere” he nodded and reaching into his pocket he pulled out his keys and handed them over
“just give them back at lunch ok?” I nodded and turned to go to the parking lot.
Opening the car I scanned the floor and seat and found nothing. Getting to my knees I looked under the seat and found nothing again. Standing up I frowned, where in the hell could it be? I slammed the door closed and locked it up as I entered the building again and made my way to fourth period, I had missed ten minutes but I didn’t really care right now.

“it’s not like you to be late Miss Haner” I smiled apologetically
“sorry Sir but I got caught running an errand” he nodded
“ok don’t let it happen again” I nodded and walked towards my seat though I had to pass Nathan to do it and he smirked up at me with a gleam in his eyes that told me he found it amusing so I glared back and sat in my seat facing forwards and started taking the notes written on the board.
Walking out of the class I went to my locker to place my Literature book inside. As I walked towards the lockers Aaron joined me, smiling he asked
“what’s up? You seem upset” I groaned
“I am, I can’t find my phone anywhere and I know I had it on me” Aaron shrugged
“maybe it fell out of your pocket, report it” I sighed and nodded
“yeah I will” he nodded and as we reached my locker he reclined against the one next to mine while I opened mine out.
I went to put my book in but instead froze in shock, there sat at the bottom of my locker was my phone
“how is that possible?!” I breathed. Aaron looked at me confused before looking in my locker
“you put your phone in your locker?” I shook my head
“hell no I didn’t! I don’t leave it in there in case someone can get in” Aaron shrugged
“you must have” I shook my head and placed my book in then grabbed my phone and flipped it open.

“whoa there what’s up now?” I just shoved my phone at him and he looked at the screen, his face transforming to shock
“when in the hell did that happen?” he asked and I glared at the phone
“he must have taken it from me earlier and taken the picture then put it back in my locker” Aaron shook his head and handed me back my phone
“there is something wrong with that boy, can’t he ask a girl out the normal way?” I glared at Aaron
