Negative Zero
Prologue
I never really thought back on my life before. It was always, "Look to the future, never look back," for me.
But maybe, I should've thought about it more often...because then, I wouldn't be regretting this moment as much as I am. The temperature seemed to rise and I started to watch the scene as it seemed to go faster and faster, instead of going in slow motion.
I was going to lose it all, because of one lousy choice I made.
I was going to die...
...and I wasn't ready.
Can all the past events be blamed on me?
Probably.
So in the end, I guess it's all my fault.
It seems to always be my fault.
"NICKY!" A voice cried from behind me, but I didn't turn back around.
