Do I Scare You?

She has been alone for five years since her brother has died and now she is hanging on a thin thread of humanity that she is unwilling to give up. She is strong and willing to live through any hell her parents put her through considering her mother is always working in bars and her "father" (more like her mother's boyfriend) should be put behind bars for the crimes he's committed to her.
Before she realizes what's happening though her life is being turned around with one encounter of a boy in the run from the cops. And because she is so stubborn she's not about to let him get away from her, and so her trouble starts when she meets a boy with too many problems of his own to count.
Something holds these two together that neither of them understand and suddenly they are both changing into different people that they never knew was a side of them.
