We get into my house to find my dad sitting on the couch with his friends, watching a football game. Lea stares at them weird before following me to my one of my rooms. She awes at my room for a bit. She snapped out of it and put her stuff in the corner of my room.
"What do you want to do?"I asked her
"I don't know. How about we go to the park?"
"That's cool. One sec. I don't like my outfit"
"That's ok? I'll wait outside." She said surprising me with a Australian accent.
"No, it's cool. I have a bathroom right here."I said pointing to a door in my room
"Oh....ok"She said blushing
I went into the bathroom and took off my outfit. As I did so I couldn't help but notice the cuts from my.......addiction. They were horrible and ugly. They made my eyes water. I almost started crying. I just wish I could be normal. I'm such a screw up. Why can't I be as strong as everyone thinks I am? Well, we all know that will never happen. I slowly picked up an outfit from one of the drawers in my bathroom. I also put on some accessories. I looked in the mirror. I must say I looked pretty good
I walked out of the bathroom and me and Lea headed to the park. I lived about 15 minutes away from the park. When we got there we headed to the jungle gym. I started to work on the monkey bars. I was really good at them so i decided to act like an actual monkey. Lea was walking on the monkey bars. I tried to jump up there but my hands were really starting to hurt from being a monkey. We played for about an hour before my phone rang. I looked at the caller ID and it was my dad.
'Ello" I said answering the phone.
"Evie, your mom wants to know when your-- oh oh oh YES YES! TOUCHDOWN BABY! HIGH FIVE ME! YEAH! WE GOT THIS IN THE BAG...Oh yea....um as I was saying your mom wants to know when your coming home" My dad said obviously still watching the football game with his buddies.
".........uhhhhh we'll head in about now its getting coldish out here anyway"
"Alright I'll just got tell you mom that you will be----What! NONONONO!! What the fuck! It was them! DAMN!--oh um yeaaaa I'll tell your mom."
"Oooooooooooookay then" I said hanging up " Yo, Lee, ready to head out? "
"um.....do we have to?" She said looking sort of......what is it......scared?
"Um........why not? Its getting really cold." I told her
"Well.......o-o-o-okay. Lets go." She said looking(for some reason) happier
"Ight. Let me get my jacket."
"Kay."
As I got my jacket on I accidentally tipped it while putting it on. My razor blade fell out.
"*gasp* what is that?" Lea asked
"um....Nothing. Nothing at all." I said in gibberish quickly picking it and putting it in my pocket
"Okay?" and that was the end of that
