Unbound (The Wild Ride)

((03))

I sat on the couch and smiled as I watched Brian and Sasha talking.

"That's bullshit! Johnny did not piss on your dad." Sasha said with a laugh.

"I'm fuckin' serious! Dinged him right on the forehead." Brian laughed.

I watched the way his chest rose and fell with the strength of his laugh.

I grinned as I watched his eyes sparkle and his smile cover his face.

He turned to me and saw me staring at him.

He grinned again and put his hand out to me.

I walked over and put my hand in his, admiring how well they fit together.

He pulled me into his lap and I grinned as I snuggled into his chest.

I adjusted myself on Brian's lap so that I could see Sasha better.

I saw her smile at me and I grinned back.

"I've really missed you, sweetie." Sasha said.

"I've missed you too. I feel like I never see you anymore." I whined.

"Well if someone wasn't stealing you away all the time, maybe I'd get to see you more often." Sasha said with a laugh.

Brian held me tighter, putting his head in the crook of my neck.

"Hey! I just got back! Plus, I was never good at sharing." Brian said with a laugh.

"You better learn. She was my girlfriend first." Sasha laughed.

"Don't fight over me. You can both have me." I said with a grin.

They both smiled and we sat back, watching tv.

Sasha left a while later, much to my dismay.

I never spend time with her anymore thanks to her good for nothing boyfriend.

God, I hate him.

I felt my eyebrows scrunch up in frustration.

I felt Brian's finger rub between my brows, trying to smooth out the line.

"I really hope your not thinking of me." He chuckled softly.

My lips pulled up in a smile.

He had successfully distracted me.

"No. I was thinking of Sasha's boyfriend. Chris." I spat his name out.

"Why are you thinking of him?" He asked, his voice having a little edge.

"I don't like him. He's not good for Sasha. She can do so much better." I said angrily.

"Then why don't you tell her that." Brian said, rubbing my back soothingly.

"I tried. She doesn't listen to me. She 'loves' him."I said with a sour look on my face.

"Why don't you like him then?" He asked.

"I haven't liked him from the beginning. We've never gotten along. We're always at each others throats. One of the reasons I don't say anything anymore is because I know how upset it makes her. So I keep the peace as much as possible." I said, looking in his eyes.

"She sounds stubborn." Brian chuckled.

"She is! Unbelievable so." I muttered.

"No wonder you're friends." Brian laughed.

I smiled and punched his arm.

"Owwwww!!" He whined.

I laughed and hugged him tightly.

"You're such a baby." I said.

"You know you love it." He said cockily.

"Of course I do." I chuckled with a roll of my eyes.

He chuckled so I stuck my tongue out at him.

"If you're gonna stick it out, you better be ready to use it." Brian said with a smirk.

I laughed as he pulled me towards him and kissed me, completely captivating me.

When we pulled away all I could dow as stare at him.

"Wow." I breathed.

He chuckled again and stood up, throwing me over his shoulder.

I let out a scream as he carried me to my room.
