Just Another Gay Love Story

Jeremiah is your average, normal teenager. The thing that makes his stick out like a sore thumb and results in harassment is the fact that he's gay. Because of that he keeps to himself a lot, afraid to be who he really is. But, at his latest school, he finds a jocky boy that he's convinced is perfect for him, that hopefully likes him in the same way. When he's finally exposed as the person he really is, instead of the person everyone expects he is, it's blown way out of proportion and he's socially rejected by most of the school for it. Now with only a few friends to back him up, the harassment is starting again, it's just a vicious cycle that goes from school to school. Hopefully, this time, there is something to break the chain.
This is based on a true story. Of course I changed everybody's names and added a few parts that I feel just really put the story in perspective. It may contain sexual content, I just haven't decided yet, because I'm not sure what I'm adding.
