Guilty Pleasure

“Hi, I’m William” I tall, skinny and white guy said to me.

“I’m Siska or Sisky, you can call me as you want” How is possible that they all are so skinny?

“My name’s Mike” A guy with green eyes spoke.

“I’m Michael but you can call me Chizzy” A blonde guy with a weird accent said to me.

“And I’m Butcher” A guy full of tattoos opened his mouth.

“Hey all” I said while putting my camera in the lectern, preparing myself for the photoshoot.

“You dress up like a friend of ours” The tattooed guy spoke.
I stayed quiet for a moment.

“And what’s the name of your friend?” I said totally ready for some pictures.

“Victoria, we call her Vicky-T” The tall and skinny guy answered, William?
I couldn’t help but laugh.

“What?” The guy with green eyes asked me.

“The world is pretty small” I said putting in position to start the photo shoot.
The guys realized that and put into positions, too.

“Why do you say that?” William asked me after I took the first picture.

“Vicky’s my best friend, actually she lent me this dress” I said taking another picture.

“Really?” The guys that told me his name was Siski asked me with surprise in his voice.

“Yeah really” I said trying not to laugh.

“So, you know the guys from Cobra?” This time the blonde one spoke to me.

It was pretty fun our way of talking, they asked me something, I took a picture and then I answered, pretty silly too if you see it from the outside.

“Yeah, kinda, I met them just a few days ago” I answered.

The talking kept going between photos about stuff we have in common or just stuff without too many sense.
After an hour, the photo shoot was over.
The guys approached me and we started too see the pictures so we could choose the top 3 pictures that I would send to my boss later.

“You are gonna see the guys soon?” William asked when the photo shoot was over and I was packing my things.

“I need to call Vicky so we can see if we can hang out” I packed the camera and looked in for my phone.

“If you are gonna hang out, we are totally going with you, we want to see that girl” Siski told me with a silly smile.

“Okay, I’ve no problem!” I said laughing with them.

I dialled that known number for me and put the phone in my ear waiting for her answer.

“Lauri-T” Vicky answered, well actually, yelled at the phone.

“Ou ou, take it easy buddy” I whined, pulling the phone away from my ear. “Hi Miss Usher” I yelled.

“Ohh, fuck you” She whined too and then laugh.
I put the phone on my ear again after all that show.

“You finished?” She asked me, this time with a normal pitch.

“Yeah, I just finished”

“Okay, so come to my apartment, the guys are coming too” She said that like an obligation, not an option.
I looked at the guys of TAI and huge smile appeared on my face.

“Some of your friends are going too” I couldn’t help but laugh at the weird sentence I had said.

“What?” My friend didn’t get anything, as I thought.

“You’ll see, I’m only telling you that 5 more guys are going too” I said and then hang up, without waiting for any questions of her.

“That means that she’s going to do something?” William asked me with a hopefully smile.

“Yeah, and all the guys are going too” I said taking my backpack.

“Come on, we can go in our van, you can tell us where she live” Mike told me pretty excited.

“oh sure!” I chuckled before following them.

“Over here” I said to them so they would follow me through the corridor.
When we arrived to her door I knocked and wait, pretty excited.

From the inside we could hear laughing and music, so the guys must be there already.
The door opened and a very surprised Vicky appeared behind it.

“Oh my god guys!” She yelled and then hugged them effusively, one by one.

While she hugged and greeted them I entered to her apartment, leaving them alone.
Exactly how I thought, the Cobra guys were already there, doing stupid things as always.

“Lauraa!” Ry yelled, he approached me and hugged me very effusively.

“Hi Ry” I hugged him back while I was laughing at this action.

I greeted all the boys in the same way, until I got to where Gabe was.
He looked at me up and down while a smiled appeared in his face, stupid Vicky’s dress. I got closer to him and hugged him shyly, he got me closer to him and I almost fainted when I felt his lips touch the border of mine.
I pulled away quickly with thousands of butterflies flying in my stomach wanting to get away of my body and be free.
We looked at each other but all the possible magic that has been created died when I heard more steps entering to the apartment.
The guys from The Academy is… had entered to the Vicky’s place and of course everyone was surprise to have them here.
Between surprise yelling and big hugs the Cobra guys said hi to theirs good friends.
I sat down in one of the couch so I wouldn’t interrupt their greeting; apparently they hadn’t seen each other in a while.

While they were talking about anything between each other I felt how my phone went off inside of my backpack; I quickly looked for it and answered.

“Hi?” I said without looking at the ID.

“Lau, where are you?”
I was surprised to hear Brett’s voice at the other side of the line, I totally forgot to call him.

“Brett, I’m in Vicky’s place, I forgot to call you, sorry” I said sincerely.

“Oh, ok” He tried to hide his sadness in his voice, but I knew him, I knew that he was sad about the ‘forgot to call him’ thing.

“If you want I can go home” I hate to make feel Brett bad, I really hate it.

“No, don’t worry” He said a little mad.

“You don’t want to come? I can go for you” I offered to him, trying to make him fell better.

“No, I’ll be bothering” He was so stubborn when he wanted to.

“No, what are you talking about! Come, I go for you or you’re taking a cab?” I said happy, I really want him to come.

“I’ll take a cab, I know where Vicky leaves” Although I wasn’t in front of him I knew that he was smiling.

“Call me when you get to the lobby so I’ll go for you”

“Okay” This time the smile in his voice was obvious.

After that I shut my phone and got closer to the guys, they were all together talking.
Like always I stood next to my best friend.

“Brett’s coming” I said to Vicky, but everybody else listened too.

“Oh cool! Long time no see him” Vicky said happily.

“Who’s Brett?” Alex asked me.

“My boyfriend” I big smiled appeared on my face after I said that.

As if they had agreed, all the guys at once realised an “awwww” to bother me.
All the guys, except Gabe.
I looked at him and his face was totally serious, it didn’t have any expression and his sight was in my direction, not even when I looked at him he stopped staring at me.

I shook my head slightly so all the thoughts related with Gabe would disappear, then I tried to join to the conversation that the guys were having.

We talked for about 15 minutes, the guys were telling experiences of the tours, I just laughed and told my experiences that had happened to me with the bands I’ve photographed.

“Come on! Talked like Guy!” Vicky insisted to Ry, but he only refused.

“I have never listened to it! Don’t be mean!” I don’t know how I never knew anything about my best friend’s band.
My phone started ringing taking me out of the conversation.

“Hi?” I moved away from the rest of the guys so I would be able to hear.

“I’m in the lobby” I recognized my boyfriend’s voice.

“I’m going” I said with a smiled and then hang up.

I got closer to Vicky and said in her ear “I’m going to the lobby to pick up Brett”
She nodded and I went out of the apartment.

I went down to the lobby where my boyfriend was waiting for me, I approached him and gave him a little kiss on the lips.

“And that clothes?” He asked looking at me up and down with a smirk on his face.

“Vicky lent it to me” I said looking at his eyes.

“She should lend you clothes more often” He got closer to me and kissed my cheek.
I blushed slightly after that comment.

“Come on” I took his hand and went to the elevator.

We got to the fifth floor and we got out of the elevator hand in hand.
When we’re in front of Vicky’s apartment I knocked the door and just a few seconds later the door flew open and the owner of the apartment surprised both of us by hugging effusively my boyfriend, forcing me to let go of his hand.

“Brett! Long time no see!” She said hugging him.

“Yeah, it’s true” He said hugging her back.

Another reason why I love this guy so much, my best friend love him and vice versa.
I shouldn’t be confused at all.

After that greeting, we entered to the apartment. Some guys were sitting on the couch while others were stand up and talking with each other.
Everyone with a glass on their hand.

When they saw us coming, they all approached us and greeted Brett.
I was surprised when I see Gabe greeting my boyfriend with a perfect smile, his previous face was totally gone.
I don’t know what’s going on with this man.
