"I am Meltinka, blessed serephim from the divine power, I must explain what it is you will be doing to strengthen you for an upcoming battle on the horizon; first their are nine powers you will need " The angel then holds out his hand holding a ball of light showing information visually. " Their are nine guardians of heaven: Shiva, Efreet, Siren, Loki, Freya, Alexander, Leviathan, Phoenix, and the great Tiamat. They will all test you but if you defeat them that power shall be beneficial and necessary. Relm I leave with you a list and map showing where each guardian is sealed or resides,"A list appears in Relm's hands. "You shall notice, that Shiva is sealed within the Moon Palace, ...Down a secret corridor..." the angel waves it's arms, and a door opens swiftly, "Follow the pathway before you and your destiny shall be revealed, " the angel begins to vanish with the light of the alter "Good luck protectors of this universe..." the angel says dissipating,

The light turns to dark. Relm looks down. "Guess we have to go see this Shiva...? The angel of death and destruction..." the others look at each other for a second than follow Relm down the grey stone stairs into the looming darkness below.

Courtnie looks around he using Relm's power of light to see " This must be the labyrinth of the Moon Palace that was mentioned in the ancestry scriptures, ...I thought it was only lore..." Courtnie runs her hand along the artistically inscribed dark grey stone,

Yumiko looks around excitedly, "Do you know how much archaeological historic information resides within these walls alone?" She almost cradles the wall, Jared and Alexandra stop annoyed at Yumiko, as she rests her body upon the wall obsessing over the information, however Relm, Doran, and Courtnie move forward to the next room. The wall falls behind them, separating them into two groups, of three. Yumiko runs to the now wall. "Courtnie!! Relm!! Doran!!? You guys... I think we are gonna have to take the other way...hopefully...we can find them in this maze" she says feeling puzzled and frightened.

Courtnie looks back. "Hmm? I think we have become separated ...let us go forward for now...I'm thinking that somehow this is supposed to happen? " She says feeling confident. Courtnie leads Relm and Doran down the hallway, the cold grey stone becomes icy blue labyrinth, Courtnie looks at the three entrances, "guess we have to split up again??" Courtnie says with anxiety Relm walks into the middle path, Doran takes the right, and Courtnie takes the left. "Alright...be careful guys.." Courtnie says with fear.

Alexandra holding her sword with her new power to illuminate the surrounding area, walks ahead of Yumiko, "Yumiko the wall changes up ahead" she says with intrigue,

Courtnie walks forward to see her path is buried, Courtnie crouches. "Now what?" she says with a grimace.

Alexandra looks up to see a icy blue button, " I wonder what this is...?" She than presses it without hesitation.

Yumiko runs toward her, "Alexandra that could have been really bad!!" Yumiko says with anxiety,

Alexandra turns toward her. "Looks like it did't do anything...." she says with disappointment,

Courtnie turns around and the stone that was in her way falls into the path completing it, and the path opens wholly for her, and lights up a mystic icy blue,

Alexandra glares, "If we press all the buttons a path will probably open up for Shiva..." she than smirks,

Yumiko looks down..."fine but we are all taking cover when you press thoes stupid buttons..." Yumiko says with bitterness.

Alexandra rushes ahead, "Yumiko I sense Alexandra has something guiding, her...let us follow her lead" Jared says with determination,

Yumiko looks down "I hope your right...I still would rather be far away when she presses those buttons though..." she says as her and Jared rush after Alexandra.

Courtnie continues on ahead. she walks through the hall until she reaches a translucent icy room with water surrounding the see through walls, Courtnie sits by the large fountain in the center of the room and closes her eyes gently, as she opens them she sees a shadow darting in the water below, Courtnie jumps up flipping her hair around to look behind her, a giant splash gets into her view, she instinctually pulls her arms in front of her face to shield her from the blast, when she pulls her hands down, she sees a blue haired woman with periwinkle eyes,, she shakes the water off of her blue undershirt, with an icy Celtic incarnation inscribed upon it, like an animal her shoulder pads bean in the reflection of the water, she steps forward with her icy pale blue feet, moving her deep blue robe flap. "Courtnie...I presume!?" she says eerily, with an inhumanly clear voice.

"Y-yes...that is my name..." Courtnie says shyly,

The woman smirks with her blue lips, " well than in the name of Shiva....I challenge you to a duel!" her steps quicken,

"I-I'm not really a fighter..." Courtnie says with anxiety.

The woman stops, "I am Minerva...let us begin!"

Courtnie's eyes glint up with fear as the Minerva draws closer. "I..." Courtnie looks at her hands. "I guess...I must." Courtnie raises her face with determination, Minerva draws ever closer, Courtnie back steps her as hard as she can,

Minerva looks down and sighs, "Is that all?" she smiles, than her eyes open wide as she spits green gas at Courtnie, Courtnie begins to cough, "I am the essence of corruption, " Minerva says with delight

Courtnie falls to the ground. "Poison?" she says with anxiety.

Courtnie continues to cough, "It is fast acting too..." Minerva says with intense delight, "Within the minute you should be dead..."

Courtnie looks down with her vision fading "I-I'm gonna...die?"

Courtnie than sees her brother "Believe in your gift my dear sister..you can beat this..." he says with gentle eyes and a smile, "Believe Courtie!!"

Courtnie's eyes flicker. Minerva laughs, "So you are still alive" she than draws closer.

Courtnie looks up with determination, an insignia appears below her echoing on the ground, "Purify!" she says with assertion, Her body lets off a black ash, as she is relieved to feel better rising to her feet. "So you are the essence of corruption!" Courtnie says opening her eyes, "Let ye be purified!" she says intensifying her eyes, an insignia appears below Courtnie once again but the time from her hand a clear essence rushes toward Minerva.

Minerva looks forward smiling, as her body melts like chocolate, "you have passed the test...." Minerva's voice echoes throughout the room, Courtnie notices a staff inside Minerva's melted corpse. "that is your prize" Minerva mentions omniscient, "The staff than levitates to her hands, "The Staff Of Corruption..." Minerva says almost reciting destiny,

Courtnie sighs and pushes forward staff now in hand. she walks now through the door at the other side of the colossal room, she than sees a button and presses it with confusion, the area around lights up, and slowly goes into the next rooms, and to the door ahead

Alexandra runs ahead through the now open hallway,, and presses another stone button, A door opens in front of Doran. He walks ahead seeing an icy island surrounded by water...he anxiously walks along the icy bridge toward the icy island, he steps onto the island. he looks around, woman appears in the water with pink hair, she wears shells on her chest, and has purple hair, she backstrokes and flaps her fish tail backward. "Hello boy..." she says almost excited, "My name is Minerva..."

Doran crouches down "what is this place?" he says now puzzled looking into her eyes.

She giggles "Foolish human." she says as she takes her arms around him and pulls him into the water "Now you shall freeze and drown..." she says with delight, "With my magical ability to breath underwater I will be fine and take you to the depths of the water where you will find your grave. " she begins to chuckle like a child as she reaches the bottom of the water with Doran.

Doran begins to fade out of consciousness. he sees Relm before him "Doran...this is called "reversal"you must use this now" Relm says with determination and power,

Doran giving out his last breath chants "reversal" he breaths in but the water does not choke him, he looks to Minerva to see her squabbling, she than passes out and her breath begins to wane. Doran than takes her back to the surface, and without hesatation resuscitate her,

"Hmmm? " She says with wonder. "Why did you save me?"

Doran looks down "It was the right thing to do..."

She looks down, "than let me be your Holy Minerva!" she says with a smile, A golden light beams from her as her body becomes a blade with a scale hilt, Doran wonders if he is the only one who is now allowed to wield this weapon, Doran leaving the weapon on the ground walks forward, and the sword levitates and follows him, "you...won't ever leave me?" he says smiling, Doran sees the blade go horizontal and a golden light flows into the wall ahead and the wall draws upward, Doran walks into the next room and instinctively presses the icy blue button, The light goes forward into the door before him and through to the next room, and through the wall on the right,

Alexandra now seeing the door open before her runs forward and smacks the last stone button before her, and chuckles with fun, Relm sees a stone pillar rise for him and he walks forward into the hallway that has appeared now before him, he sees a large blue crystal stairway and begins to walk up this colossal stairway. he sees fleeting dreams pass him. he than sees something atop the stairs "A ghost?" he wonders he reaches the top and sees the ghost of a woman standing before him

"Hello Relm my name is Minerva..." she says in sincerity, "you will need my essence, staff and sword to gain Shiva's blessing, " Relm puts his staff to her hand, "Relm...you may have my essence, your spirit is already sharpened. " She bequeaths freely. the stone pillar ahead breaks down Relm walks forward and clicks the button with his staff. A light goes forward to the door ahead and to the left. Alexandra looks up as a large gate and door opens,

"Yumiko!! Jared! Hurry up!" she says with excitement, she runs to the large gate and the large door with Jared and Yumiko following closely behind, she wonders in and watches three doors open with each holding one of Relm, Courtnie, or Doran, as they slowly walk from the doors, "Your all safe!" Alexandra says with excitement. Everyone comes together in the middle, Alexandra looks ahead to a door unopened, "there....!" they begin walking together toward the door, the door than opens on it's own, "let's go guys!" Alexandra says with excitement Everyone nods in agreement and they begin to walk through the large door,

A woman with blue hair is waiting at her throne with her icy blue legs crossed, her eyes aqua marine burn with knowledge. Her ruby upon her head a mystery to all, she than arises exuding a blue essence, her widows peak showing only because her hair is pulled back into a very long pony tail which goes to her knees, "So you...are the chosen ones!" he voice releases a pressure that effects everyone. Shiva looks down and her icy wings arise, "Let us see...this power...shall we? And if you are truly worthy of mine power you seek" she says confidently,

Alexandra wills her energy sword from her hands, Yumiko crouches down and draws her blade, Jared draws a throwing knife from his pocket, each of them now taking turns using their powers and weapons, yet Shiva seems unaffected,

"My Minerva shield protects me foolish humans!!" Shiva says with a smirk,

Relm looks at Courtnie, and Doran, and nods, "Ready...?" Relm says with a plan,

"Ready..." Courtnie and Doran say in unison,

In a triangle, Courntie draws her staff, and points it at Shiva, Doran draws his blade facing Shiva. Than Relm begins to concentrate, "Everyone...use your powers with the Minerva weapons...."

Courtnie closes her eyes "purify..." she says with determination,

Doran breathes out and says "reversal!" with a smirk,

Than Relm frees the essence from hois staff. Than points his staff toward Shiva. He than looks at Doran while still concentrating, "now Doran Attack!" Shiva jumps and gracefully kicks Courtnie knocking her down, Shiva still almost suspended in air, now looks to Doran. "Doran...NOW!" Relm screams, Doran swings his blade, and Shiva the Ice angel of death and destruction is cut, a white light pours from her wound.

Shiva begins to smile, "you've broken my shield, and my skin. You are undoubtedly the victor in this battle..." she says with happiness, she begins to vanish in a white light. "You have my support." she reappears beside Relm, "take the Ice Moon Conch, it is my gift... and the reason for the Moon Palace's name, Relm ...Courtnie...I am surprised it was not you who wounded me, but someone who is not a Raybrant..." Shiva says with surprise; "Call me anytime..." she floats the Ice Moon Conch to Doran, and her essence like smoke draws into it.

Courtnie looks down and sits and slowly pulls her knees in, "I'm glad that's over...she hit me really hard...our ancester...she was the first Queen...."

Relm sits beside her and smiles sadly at her, "I'm sorry that you got hurt Courtie, She has the family power I suppose..." Relm says with a half smile,

"It's okay brother...Doran...you did good...! But Don't think you have my blessing yet! not...just yet " Courtnie says with a smile, Courtnie than gets up and retreats up the stairs behind the throne, "I'm sure this will take me out of here...I'm going to sleep..." she says with now her shadow only there to prove she is still there,

Alexandra, Yumiko, and Jared now draw into everyone left, "Good job everyone..." Alexandra says happily, "specially you Doran" she than ruffles his hair laughing,

Jared listens nonchalantly, Yumiko begins in a serious look, "We have to beat more of those things though right??" she questions with fear,

Relm looks up as he reads from the list, "the next one is named Efreet..." Relm says with anxiety.
