Jessica's P.O.V

“NO WAY!” I screamed.

Standing in front of me was the one person who has been with me through it all. She is also one of the only people who know about my secret but has not said a word to anyone since day one. You are probably wondering who I’m talking about.

“Can you not burst my eardrum before the award show?” My friend Chelsey said while covering her ears.

“I just. I mean. Oh my gosh you’re here!” I said running up and giving her a hug.

“I was in the area and my mom called your mom to see if you were attending the award show tonight and I just figured I’d give you a surprise” She said after hugging me back.

I looked back over at my mom and saw she was smiling. I decided to run up to her and give her a big huge.

“Oh my gosh! Thank you so much mommy!” I screamed and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

She laughed. “Just because Chelsey is here doesn’t mean you can postpone anymore time. You have to start getting ready!” She said ushering us into the room where everything was set up.

“I still cant get over the fact that you’re here” I said while sitting down in the chair that was in front of the vanity. My makeup/ hairstylist has been with me since day one also. Marisol has never failed to make Victoria look great and that’s why I love her. But If your ever late to make up be prepaired to face her. It’s not pretty.

“Like I said before, I was in the area” Chelsey said while sitting down at her vanity while her hair stylist got to work.

Let me tell you alittle bit about Chelsey. I was her opening act when I first started my singing career and since then we have been best friends ever since. How did she find out about my secret you ask? Lets take a little trip down memory lane shall we?
