Two Worlds Collide

“Jessica are you ready?” my manager asked
“Yes ma’am” I replied getting ready to step out with the door opens up.
“Take deep breaths and stay calm. Don’t think about Nick Jonas with his shirt off while your getting out” Chelsey said
“Thanks you so much for the prep talk!” I said sarcastically
When the door opened I was blinded by lights once more. As I got out my manager followed suit followed by Chelsey and her manager. Our parents were going to meet us at the after party so we didn’t have to worry about them.
“VICTORIA YOU LOOK ABSOLUTLY STUNNING THIS EVENING!”
“VICTORIA OVER HERE!”
“VICTORIA OVER HERE!”
I turned every angle giving the paps my signature smile and walked slowly so each magazine article
could give me a 3 minute interview.
I stopped at people magazine as they were the first ones I approached
“Victoria Grace you look stunning this evening. Who are you wearing?” the reporter asked
“Thank you” I smiled “ I am wearing one of my classics this evening” I said posing so the photographer could take a picture.
“How do you feel about doing a performance with Justin Bieber tonight?” the reporter asked
“It’s such an honor to be giving the opportunity to perform along side him. I heard he is very talented and I cant wait to meet him” I replied
“Thank you for your time Victoria. I hope you enjoy the show” The reporter finished
“Thank you” I said before walking away
“Victoria Justin is waiting for you to go take a few pictures” my manager said while leading me away towards him.
He looked handsome in his white button down shirt with a loose black tie, black pants and white Nike. I could tell he saw me approaching because he stopped what he was doing and met me half way.
“It’s nice to finally be able to meet you Victoria” he said while smiling and winking his right eye so the paps couldn’t see.
“It’s such a pleasure meeting you also Justin. I’ve heard great things” I said while giving him a hug
“VICTORIA ! JUSTIN! OVER HERE!”
We both turned and posed with eachother while facing the cameras. After that was done we walked over to the first reporter
“Good evening you two! Why you both look amazing tonight!” The reporter said
“Thank you.” Justin said
“So how do you feel about finally meeting eachother for the first time?” the reporter asked
“its such an honor. I’ve heard his music and I have to say I am a fan” I smiled
“I can say the same thing about her” Justin replied
“Are you excited to perform together tonight?”
“I know I am! It will be such an amazing show!” I said
“I heard the both of you are up against each other for best song of the year. How do you feel about that?” the reporter asked.
“I honestly did not know that. Did you Victoria?” Justin asked.
“No as a matter of fact I did not know.” I replied
“I guess we will just have to wait and see.” Justin said
We finished the interview posing one last time before hugging each other and walking away. I walked back to my manager to go towards Chelsey who was just finishing up an interview.
