“Justin where have you been!”

“Are you and Victoria still touring!”

“What do you think about Victoria and Taylor still dating!”

“What?” I gasped, causing the reporters to get rowdy and jump on me with their camera’s and video recorders.

“Justin come on!” I heard Selena yell over the questions. I felt her grab my arm and pull me into the restaurant.

I didn’t say anything as we stood there so the host could get our menus. I didn’t say anything as we walked around the restaurant to our table. I still didn’t say anything as we sat down. I couldn’t say anything, nor could I even think.

Selena placed her hand on top of mine to get my attention, “Just, I’m so sorry.” she whispered.

I looked up at her lost. “Did you know?” I spoke in a hushed whisper. My tone was angry yet sad. “Did you know they were still dating?” I asked again my voice almost normal.

She looked at me with sad eyes, “No Justin. I didn’t know. I would have told you if I did. I’m so sorry.”

I shook my head and pulled my hand out of her grasp, “I can’t believe she played me like this.”

I ignored her pleas as I stood up, placing my napkin on the table, and turning to walk out of the restaurant. I sighed as I got closer towards the entrance and seeing all of the reporters standing around. I opened the door and started running. I heard the questions behind; I also heard some of the reporters following me. I really didn’t care since my hurt took over my actions. No I wasn’t trying to kill myself, why people do that is beyond me. I was running because I needed to know really what was going on. I was running because I needed answers and I needed to see for myself if what everyone was saying was true.

I skidded around the corner of her street, not bothering to catch my breath since I really didn’t run far. I ignored the “Hello’s” that were coming from her neighbors as I opened her door and ran up her stairs and into her bedroom.

I charged into her room seeing her and Taylor sitting on her floor laughing, “You lied to me!” I roared scaring her and causing Taylor to jump up.

“What do you think you’re doing?” He asked as he stood in my way from the girl I loathed right now.

“Why did you lie to me!? Why did you lead me on!?” I yelled at her as I ignored Taylor's constant questioning.

She got over her shook and stood up, “I’m sorry Justin! I didn’t know what I was thinking!”

Taylor looked between us in confusion, “What’s going on here?”

I looked at him for a split second before glaring back over towards Jessica, “Does he know you CHEATED on him? Does he know we laid on a single bed together and exchanged few words and kissed?!”

It didn’t take Taylor long to realize what I said before he slowly turned and stared at Jessica.
It took me by surprise at what came out of his mouth since everyone said that Taylor was a reserved and calm guy.

He laughed, “I honestly did not think that the rumors were true. I honestly thought that when I met you last year at the award show you were different than what everyone made you out to be. This just about sums up my stupidity. I can’t believe I fell for your stupid game Jessica.”

I was stunned. Or was I shocked? Either way, I understood how Taylor was feeling. I fell in love with the same girl. Though I wasn’t in love with her, nor was I dating her as long as he has so I understand his anger. It’s a good thing he portrays a fictional character because if the story was true, she’d probably be dead by now.

“I can’t believe this!” Taylor roared in anger as he walked over towards her desk and started picking up his wallet, car keys and cell phone.

Taylor took one more look at Jessica, shaking his head he turned and walked out of the room. I stared at her as she started crying. Part of me wanted to go and hold her but remembering that I also was a victim in her game, I stayed in my spot.

Noticing my presence still in the room she looked up, “Are you happy now? You ruined everything.”

I was taken back at first but got angry, “I ruined everything?” I laughed “that’s actually really low Jessica. I’m not the one who kissed me, I’m not the one who lied and said my relationship was over with Taylor. This was all your doing sweetheart.” I turned and walked started to walk out of the room.

I stopped in the door way, “Love hurts. It’s a painful desire that one can never hold. Maybe you should rethink who you mess with before you play your little game again.”

I walked out of her room and down the hall towards her parents and sisters. “I’m sorry for barging into your house without permission. My anger took control of my actions and I wasn’t aware until it had already happened.”

Mrs. Starr nodded while her father placed his hand on my shoulder, “I’m sorry for what she did to you and Taylor. It was not right for her to play both of you.”

I nodded and walked over to give Stella and Carly a hug. “This doesn’t mean you two have to stop texting me. I expect a text or two every week until the tour okay?” I asked

Stella was surprised, “You’re still going on the tour? I thought you would have pulled out!”

I shook my head, “Tickets are already purchased and fans are counting down the days till day one. What your sister did hurt me, a lot. But that doesn’t mean that I’m going to pull out of the tour. Have you seen Scooter when he gets mad? It’s not pretty.”

They laughed and I gave each sister a kiss on the cheek before walking towards the front door. I placed my hand on the knob before turning my head and looking towards Jessica’s room. I shook my head in disgust as I opened the door and walked outside. I looked up and saw Selena was parked in the drive way.

“Everything okay? Taylor stormed out pretty fast and was cursing.” She asked as I walked closer to her. I never really took notice at how beautiful she was until she stood up from sitting on the hood of her car, the sun making her glow.

“Yeah everything is going to be just great” I smiled as I gave her a hug, Selena laughing while wrapping her arms around me.

“Good because we have a lunch date to finish.” I smiled as I wondered if there would be more of these “Lunch Dates”.
