The FMX Couple

It’s the start of June and you are playing with Blake while Susan is sitting on the couch.

“You know something” Susan said.
“What?” You ask.
“You getting married on a Thursday, his birthday is on Tuesday, then x-games making you have a busy 2 weeks”
“Yep I know it”
“How are you feeling about the wedding it’s a month away”
“I’m feeling great”
“Wonderful, let’s go over to Deegan’s”
“Sure thing, let’s go”

You get up and go in Susan car. You go and Marissa puts a crown on you.

“Ha ha, not going to wear this” You said.

You take it off and put it on Susan.

“Oh come on have fun, it’s your bridal shower” Susan says.
“What” You said.
“Brain!” Marissa yells.

Brian comes and picks you up.

“Let them do this” Brian said.
“But no” You said.
“You won’t get a party, nor will Bilko get his party”
“Fine”
“Good”

He put you down. You go and take Blake form Susan.

“My baby” You said.
“Mama” Blake said.

You laugh and kiss Blake’s forehead. You go in the living room and sit on the chair.

“He is talking?” Marissa asks.
“He just says mama clearing, he is about a year old” You said.
“What really” Ashley ask.
“Yeah”
“Wyatt didn’t say anything till after he was one”
“Kids are different”
“Yeah, her and Bilko are more talkative then you and Josh” Susan said.
“And everyone always been around him”
“You make good breakfast, that is what the matter”

You laugh and sit Blake on your lap.

“Put him down, the floor isn’t dirty” Marissa said.
“No I’m good” You said.
“Need anything Shelia” Bilko ask coming form the back.
“Water please Honey” You said.

Bilko came and kiss your lips and hand you a water bottle.

“Dadda” Blake said pulling on Bilko’s hair a little.
“Yes he said Dad” Bilko said.

You laugh and shake your head.

“Why is Bilko so happy?” Todd asks.
“Blake who that” You ask pointing to Bilko.
“Dadda” Blake yells.
“A proud day this is” Brian said.

“He can start playing on the real bike now” Bilko said.
“The real bike?” Jimmy asks.
“He got a tricycle. He rides it out while either me or Bilko are riding”

“Blair why” Twitch said.
“What?” You ask.
“Here”

You take the paper form Twitch and see your name under speed and style.

“This isn’t right I haven’t been on the bike for a week” You said.

You grab Bilko’s phone since you forgot yours and call Frank.

“Hello” Frank said.
“Frank why am I’m on the list for x-games” You ask.
“Because x-games are not listening to me that you not ready”
“You don’t believe me”
“Blair you got a month and this is racing and style, you can do this”
“Frank no, if you push this I’m not singing my contract”
“You will leave monster”
“Yep, I will not risk pushing myself just for one thing”
“Blair you can do this and Monster have help you threw a lot”
“Yeah I’m happy with Monster, but you better get me off that list”
“I can’t they already took you off the first list since of what happen when they figure you are riding again they put you on the next list which you saw now. I tried to stop them but they wouldn’t listen”
“Frank, I can get worst I can’t do it”
“Call me in two weeks after training and talk to me”

He hangs you. You shove the phone at Bilko.

“What Frank said?” Bilko ask laying his head on your shoulder.
“Call him in 2 weeks after training.”

“Why is Grant on this he only knows how to do a ok back flip”
“Oh thanks Blair” Josh said.
“No problem, in less you got better form the last time I saw you did it you did suck at it.”
“It’s a little better, but he is a good racer” Brian said.
“Every FMXer is”
“But Potter, he can’t race to save his life”
“Jacko can’t race either” Todd said.

You laugh and Bilko kiss your forehead.

“Calm down please” Bilko ask.
“Mamma, Dadda” Blake said.

You smile and kiss Blake’s cheek.

“Out Boys this bridal party is for Ladies only” Marissa said.
“Aren’t baby showers spouse to be that too” Todd said.
“We couldn’t take Blair away a whole day with Bilko coming home that day”
“And many showers are for both parents now and days, and you all love Blair so it only seemed right that you guys come” Susan said.

“Come on Blake let’s leave the girls alone” Bilko said.
“He better not get on a bike” You said.
“Of course not Sheila”
“Mama” Blake said pointing to you.

You laugh and kiss Blake’s Forehead and hand Bilko Blake.

Bye Bilko” You said.
“Bye ladies. Come on time to be a man and not a Sheila” Bilko said the last part to Blake.

You laugh and Bilko kiss your head and walk away.

“You know Blake could have stay” Marissa said.

“Bilko, is trying to get me to detach myself form him a little more” You said.
“I know this isn’t right but could Bilko told Frank not to take you off of the event” Susan asks.
“No, Bilko be sacred about me going back on the bike as it is”

“Is everything healed?” Ashley ask.
“Yeah, but he went through something similar” You said.
“Around the same age, also” Susan said.
“Yeah I guess, but he knows how much it hurts to rear tear a ligament, so he wants me take things easy”
“I’m shock that you got back on the bike, so many mothers quite don’t they?” Lauren said.
“Many do, but many weren’t how young I am, nor as good as I am, so they had no point to stay, I have a point to stay and fight”
“Yes you do”

“Now pick something form the hat” Marissa said.
“We playing those stupid games aren’t we?” You groaned.
“Yep”

You pull out one that said first Kiss.

“I don’t like this one” You said.
“Why doesn’t it sound good?” Brooke asks.
“What is it?” Marissa asks.
“First Kiss”
“Ok, tell about the First kiss you and the person you with and Blair you going first”
“Um, it was in Angel’s stadium. I was about ready to practice and he grabs my helmet then he said some compliant before I ask for my helmet, and he said for a price and kiss my lips. We pull apart and I put my helmet on and practice”
“Was that before or after you guys got together?” Susan asks.
“Before, your turn Mrs. Deegan” You said.

They go and talked about their first kiss.

“Choose next game” Marissa said.

You pick the next one and see it’s what’s in the bag.

“What’s in the bag” You said.
“Where your purse any ways Blair?” Susan asks.
“Dippier bag I don’t have a purse never really see the point”
“You know”
“That is going to change once he is out of dippers I know, so I get to make up a random list right”
“Fine Blair, make it normal things, the person with the most wins something” Marissa said.
“Something”
“One of those things”
“They so pretty and all warped”
“Yes they are honey”

You laugh and look at them then start naming random things you would have in a purse. Susan won and she picks the next game.

“Hunk in a balloon?” Susan ask.
“Balloons and winner have Bilko picture in it” Marissa said.
“I want the lime green one, it looks like monster” You said.
“Here you go Blair”

“What does the other Balloons have?” You ask.
“Other pictures of random guy” Marissa said.

“Why is it call hunk in a balloon?” Brooke asks.
“Because most people will be nice and tell me my soon to be husband is a hunk” You said.
“And to her he is, and today is about seeing the world in Blair eyes” Marissa said.
“Sacred Susan?” You ask.
“Just a little”

You grab the Balloon you want Marissa pass the other balloons out.

“Who put the pictures in here?” Lauren asks.
“I got Jimmy to do it” Marissa said.

“Here is a pin, hold out the Balloon Blair” Marissa said.
“I’m a mom and going to be married I still can’t play with a needle” You said.
“Yeah, you really hurt Brain last time”
“Yeah, you are last also here you go Ashley” Susan said.

They pass it around Susan pop your balloon.

“Jimmy cheated” You said.
“Why?” Marissa asks.

You hold up the picture of Bilko.

“There you won something Blair” Marissa said.
“A monster?” You ask.
“There is one in the fridge”

You get up and go get it. You sit back down and they hand you the hat again, so you pick on piece up.

“How while you know Bilko, I like this one” You said.
“We asked him questions, you get it wrong you take a shot of Vodka” Susan said.
“Eww, it had to be bad didn’t it”
“Yep”

“First question, what condition does he have” Brooke ask.
“His ADHD or his OCD” You said.
“You are free of taking a shoot” Marissa said.
“His favorite drink” Susan ask.
“Was he in a joking mood” You ask.
“Yes but we got him not to” Marissa said.
“Oh ok, so any good beer”
“How does she know this” Ashley ask.
“We been going out for four years already, in to the fifth year”
“And they are typical always together, so what will he be doing if he wasn’t in to FMX and it’s Not MX” Lauren said.
“BMX” You answer.
“That was an easy one” Brooke said.
“Yeah it was”
“Favorite Color” Ashley asks.
“Um I have no idea” You said.
“For real this is easy” Susan said.
“Does he have any idea about mine?”
“I think he said Purple, it’s Green, shoot time” Marissa said.
“Shoot Time”

Marissa gives you a shot. You take it and then down half of your monster.

“He made us ask this his favorite rider in Mario Cart” Susan asks.
“Koopa Troopa” You said.
“Yes and again by him his favorite Mario Cart”
“Mario Cart on the super Nintendo”
“Yep, that a lot better than some of us were in your shoes”
“Other game Blair”

You look and only see 4 more sheets of paper.

“Yay this is almost done, I’m hungry” You said.

Susan laughs and you hand her the paper you pick.

“How well you know the Bride?” You said.
“This will be funny game for the guys to get in on” Brooke said.
“I got this, we give them the questions and you put a beat on who knows me the best”
“That is wrong” Ashley said.
“But funny” Brooke ask.
“Yeah, I know right” You said.
“Just here is the sheet and you got Five minutes to fill it out. Blair you too so we know you not just making something up now”
“Ok”

You write the answer down on the paper and look at Marissa.

“Go get a cookie” Marissa said.
“Yay” you giggle a little.

You run and get a cookie form the cookie Jar. You sit back down and you go over the list. Brooke got the most right.

“So Brooke, Advice or Bingo” Marissa said.
“Advice” Brooke said.
“I live with the dude already, so I don’t need advice on to be a wife” You said.
“Oh yes you do Blair, yes you do, things change, trust me” Susan said
“Ok Susan”
“And she takes that like that” Ashley said.
“It’s Susan and I wouldn’t take it at face value if you say it, because I assume you and Josh weren’t together for long period of time without being Married and I don’t know you that while to really care”
“Blair shut up ok, here is my present” Marissa said.
“It’s not in a pink bag yay” You said.

You open the bag and find lingerie.

“Don’t boss Bilko around when it has to do with his Bike” Marissa said.
“Yes mama Deegan” You said.
“Good, Ashley you next”

She hands you a bag. You open it and see a portable waffle iron.

“This is from you and not Potter?” you ask.
“That would be something he will get” Susan said.
“Yeah I know you like waffles and figure something smaller will be easier for things like X-games” Ashley said.
“Thanks Ashley it really will be” You said.

“Your Advice” Marissa said.
“Keep your mouth shut when he is trying something new” Ashley said.
“I want to hear this” you said.
“I didn’t want Josh to do a back flip, and now he is in speed and style because he likes to get me a little worried”

“Do you get worried like the rest of us” Brooke asks.
“Turley not really either it’s he got this, or its worst because I do know how bad it truly can be, and I know when he messed up and the possibility right there of him dying”

“Here is my present for you Blair. My advice is when you don’t understand him because he is using Assuie slang just nod your head and don’t question on what he is saying” Brooke said.

You laugh and open her present and see a sex book.

“Ha ha I got you something you liked for your wedding.” You said.
“You got me condoms and threw them at Cam when he came at the end” Brooke said.
“You must have use them, since there is no little Cam’s around”
“Shut up see you got me something for Cam, so I got you something For Bilko”
“Oh it’s a book to throw at him when I’m mad”
“What no, Abuse is not ok Blair”

You laugh and set the book down to the other presents.

“Here is Susan’s present” Marissa said.
“My advice is when fighting, don’t shut down and actually talk to him, but don’t add fuel to the Fire” Susan said.
“I understand”

You open her present and see a coffee maker.

“A Coffee maker, don’t I have one” You said.
“Every bride got to get a Coffee maker” Susan said.
“Toaster, and Blender” Lauren said.

You hear Blake Crying. You get up and go outside and see Bilko hugging him.

“What happen to him?” You ask.
“Josh scared him” Bilko said.
“Mama” Blake said.

You grab Blake and kiss his forehead even thought he stop crying.

“It’s ok baby boy. It’s ok Blake” You told Blake.

Bilko grab him.

“I got him go inside, its fine” Bilko said.
“Ok don’t scare him anymore Josh or you be hurting” You said.
“Ok Blair” Josh said.

You kiss Bilko lips.

“Thanks” You said.
“It’s no problem. Don’t Worry Shelia” Bilko said.

You smile and go inside. Marissa looks at you.

“He ok?” Lauren ask.
“Yeah, Josh sacred him, I don’t want to know how” You said.
“Yeah that’s good, Brian will start cooking now” Marissa said.
“Oh yay”

Marissa goes outside and you go back and sit down and open the last few presents. You guys go outside and you sit next to Bilko.

“What you have?” Bilko ask.
“A book to throw at Cam” You said.

Bilko look at you and grab the book.

“Oh such a nice book for people who don’t need it” Bilko said.

You shake your head and hit his arm.

“Bilko shut up” You said.
“Hello” Todd said.
“Hey I will be back” You said.
“Why?” Bilko said.
“I’m going to throw it at Cam”
“Why?”
“Oh this is something from her Bridal shower”
“Ok, be careful”
“Will do”

You kiss Bilko lips and get up and throw the book at Cam. He looks at you then at the book.

“Sorry I’m married” Cam said.
“Your wife got it for me, so I think she was thinking of herself and not me and Bilko” You said.
“Hey now”
“What is it Mate?” Bilko said.
“There are children around, but this is not done, and we don’t need it”
“Neither does me and my Sheila”
“And I didn’t need my bridal present. We are able to getting our own” Brooke said.
“Sure you are” You said.
“Yeah we are. You and Bilko aren’t because you already got a kid” Cam said.
“Whatever you are just jealousy Bilko got a kid and you don’t”
“Are you sure you guys aren’t the ones that are jealousy because we don’t have a kid”

You look at Cam and know you look hurt. He runs and hugs you.

“That was wrong, and I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry Blair” Cam said.
“Get away” you said.

He let you go and you go out to the front. You look and see Bilko holding a tired looking Blake. You feel tears coming.

“Shelia what is wrong” Bilko ask.
“I don’t hate him. I love this little guy. He is the only person that ever makes me feel bad about riding. What will I do when the second one comes? I might not be able to get back on a bike” You said.
“And if that is what you want I will support you in everything you want in your career. I have no right to tell you what to do, and I don’t know what you are feeling, but do think about it, and you are right they are jealousy that we have this little guy”
“Mama foo” Blake said.
“Ok baby”

You kiss Blake forehead and Bilko kiss your lips and warp an arm around you.

“I love you Blair” Bilko said.
“I love you too Bilko” You said.

“What about x-games?” Bilko ask.
“I really don’t know” You said.
“What day is it?”
“Saturday”
“After FMX right”
“Yeah”
“We can handle this no problem at all right”
“Yeah Bilko”

You kiss Bilko cheek. You guys go in and you go and hug Cam.

“I’m sorry” Cam said.
“I know, messing around hit bones sometimes” You said.
“Thank you”

He kisses your forehead. You go and sit down next to Bilko and smiling seeing him feeding Blake.

“Dadda Foo” Blake said.
“Yes Food, you don’t play with food” You said.
“Foo”

You laugh and kiss Blake head.

“I get you your plate also” You said.
“Thank you” Bilko said.
You get yours and Bilko plates.
