quarrels would not last long if the fault was only on one side.
She thought it was just her problems that had caused it. She got jealous too easily, she whined too much, she never listened to him... her list of issues could just go on and on and on.
He wanted her to move in. They were six months into dating, and, though she would not deny that they clicked, she just felt it was too soon still. Girlchild just didn't want to take the risk.
So she'd told him, and all that caused was them to fight. He complained to her that she should want to take that leap of faith, trust him to catch her, but she responded with the whole, "I really really think it's too soon!" spiel.
And now, our Boychild and Girlchild were in a bit of a quarrel.
