Ebony, a powerful succubus, was killed by Gerard Way before the wars, but managed to feed off of energy long enough to last through the war. Then she leeched onto a new target, Tori Amour, to superimpose her revenge.
Tori Amour has lived unnoticed and quietly, with a boring life and boring parents, far away from the wars for 30 years. Years after the end of the war, she moves to California to fill some of the accounting positions in the newly habituated state.
