Matt and Vinny came to pick Alex and I up, and Matt looked happier than last time we saw him, and Vinny looked happier as well. Alex and I climbed in the back and we drove home talking and laughing. As we were pulling up to the street, I saw Alex was starting to get quite fidgety. I asked him what was wrong and he replied with that he hated the hospital and just wanted to get home and get something decent to eat. However, I knew that what he said was utter bullshit! When we got in, Alex bolted for the stairs and ran up to our room. I decided to leave him for a bit, then if he hadn't come back down, I'd go up and find him.

I sat in the front room with idle chat going on between Matt, Vinny and I but we were more watching T.V! That's kinda the way I liked it. I was more in thought any way. Such as, what the hell did Alex need to do so bad, that he bolted for the stairs? Why did Ross look really upset at the hospital? Why weren't Zack and Ross standing together? What had happened that made them separate? I'd need to ask Zack.

I decided to go find Alex 'cause it'd been more than half an hour and he hadn't come down. I stood up and walked upstairs and to our door that obviously Alex had forgotten to close. He sat on our bed with his guitar on his lap. He started stumming a few chords before bursting out singing.

He finished immediately and sat the guitar down before his head snapped up.
"Oh, hey Jay," he said, standing up to walk over to me, but I bet him to it.
"Lex, that was AMAZING," I said to him wrapping my arms loosely around his waist.
"Thanks," he said, blushing slightly.
"What's it called?" I asked him, smiling.
"Dark Clouds," he said.
"What's it about? If you don't mind me asking that is," I said.
"Me finding the light in the dark," he replied.
"Well, it's amazing," I replied before bending down and kissing him lovingly.
