Neighbors

I got up the next day and showered and got dressed before i grabbed a banana and left for work. The day went by slow, there wasnt much for me to do except fill out papers. After work i grabbed my stuff from the break room and left. While i was driving home my phone started ringing, i grabbed my phone and hit speaker phone.

"Hello?" i answered

"Hey Sophie" Melinda said

"Hey" i said

"So uh, are you busy?" she asked

"Nope im just driving home" i said

"Cool wanna come over and hangout, im having a girls night with a few girls from work" she said

"Sure sounds fun, just let me go get changed and i'll be over" i said

"Okay see you soon" she said

"Bye" i said and i hung up

I went home and changed into jean shorts and a zebra stripped shirt. I grabbed my purse and left to go to Melindas, it took me fifteen minutes to get there. I went up to the door and knocked and a few minutes later she answered.

"Hey" she said

"Hi" i said

"Come on in" she said moving aside

"Alright" i said walking in and put my purse on the side table next to the door. She led me to the living room and there was three other girls there

"Hey guys this is my cousin Sophie, Sophie this is Colby, Mia and Stephanie" Melinda said introducing us to eachother

"Hey" i said

"Hey" they said

"So whos up for a little truth or dare?" Melinda asked as we sat on the couch

"Yeah!" me and the rest of the girls said

"Okay i'll go first, Sophie truth or dare?" she asked

"Truth" i said

"Is it true your afraid of clowns?" she asked

"Yeah their freaky. Colby, truth or dare?" i asked

"Dare" she said excited

"Okay, i dare you to put on Melindas tutu and run down the street screaming" i said

"Alright!" she said and went to Melindas room and put on the tutu and went outside

We all ran out to the front porch and watched Colby run down the street, it was hilarious. She ran 1 mile down the road and then she walked back slow, after waiting for her for 5 minutes we all went back inside and sat down on the couch.

"That was so funny!" i said laughing

"Yeah it was" Mia said

"Okay my turn, Stephanie truth or dare?" Colby said

"Truth" she said

I spent the next two hours at Melindas house playing truth or dare and talking, at 8:30 i headed home. I got home and sat down on the couch watching a movie, while i was watching tv my phone rang. I flipped it open and hit answer.

"Hello?" i answered

"Hey babe" Alex said

"Hey" i said

"So whats up?" he asked

"Nothing i just got back from Melindas a little while ago" i said

"Cool what did you do?" he asked

"We had a girls night" i said

"Aww and i wasnt invited" he asked

"No" i laughed and he pouted
