Neighbors

I got home that night and made some coffee and called Melinda to fill her in on everything thats been going on and ask her about tommarow. She seemed excited. While i was on the phone there was a knock on the door, i told Melinda i had to go, i walked into the livingroom and answered. It was Alex

"Oh, hey" i said

"Hey, i got locked out of my apartment" he laughed

"Really?" i said

"Yep" he said

"Cant you just go to the managers office and get a key?" i asked

"I tryed its closed" he said

"Oh" i said

"Yeah and i was wondering if i could possibly spend the night here?. I would stay at one of my friends house but i cant get a hold of anyone" he said

"Yeah sure" i said

"Really are you sure?" he asked

"Yeah totally i love sleepovers" i said

"Okay thanks" he said and i let him in

"Yup" i said and closed the door and we sat down on the couch

"Wow your couch is so comfy" he said taking his shoes off before pulling his knees to his chest

"Yeah i know" i said

"Is this where i'll sleep?" he asked

"Well you could or you could sleep in the extra bedroom, theres a futon in there that my dad gave me. I was gonna use it out here but i decided to put it in the extra bedroom for sleepovers and stuff" i said

"Oh, i pick bedroom" he said

"Okay" i laughed

We hungout for the rest of the night watching movies and talking. We went to bed at 12am since we were both really tired. I got up the next morning and walked to the extra bedroom, i opened the door and Alex was passed out. He looked so comfy so i let him sleep. I walked out to the livingroom to get my chapstick but it wasnt there, i got down and looked under the couch. While i was looking i heard footsteps then i was kicked and i heard a thud. I swore and looked over and saw Alex on the floor.

"Owww what the hell are you doing on the floor?" Alex mumbled sleepy sitting up rubbing his arm

"I was looking for my chapstick, are you alright?" i asked standing

"Mhmm" he said getting to his feet

"So i was thinking, you wanna go get coffee after we get showered and stuff?" i asked

"Yeah sure im gonna go get a key to my apartment so i can get ready and i'll be back here in like a half hour?" he said

"Yeah sounds good" i said

"Okay, thanks for letting me stay" he said

"No problem i had fun, anytime you wanna sleepover just come on by im almost always up for a sleepover" i said and he smiled

"Alright, well i'll be back later. Bye" he said and left

I went into the bathroom and got in the shower, ten minutes later i got out and went to my room to get dressed. I put on my red skinny jeans and a white v-neck and slid on my sandals before going out to the livingroom. I was reading a book when there was a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" i yelled

"Alex" Alex said

"Come in" i said closing the book

"Hey, you ready?" he asked

"Yep lets go" i said

"Okay, but were taking my car this time" he said smiling and i laughed before grabbing my bag and we left

We got to Starbucks in ten minutes, i grabbed a table while Alex ordered our coffee. A few mminutes later he came back with the coffee and sat down before slidding my coffee to me.

"Thanks" i said

"Yup, so is Melinda coming tonight?" Alex asked

"Mhm" i said

"Awesome, so are you excited about tonight?" he asked

"Very" i smiled

Tonight was gonna be fun...
