Neighbors

The next day i called into work sick, i needed a day to get all my studying done for medical school. I have my final in five days and i wanna get the rest of my studying out of the way so i dont have to be stressed. The final determines if i graduate so its really important. I was drinking apple juice and sitting at my dinning room table when my cell phone rang. I hit answer and put it on speaker phone.

"Hello?" i said

"Hi Sophie" Alex said

"Hey" i said

"What are you up to?" he asked

"Studying, you?" i asked

"Absolutely nothing, wanna go out and do somthing?" he asked

"I cant babe i just told you im in the middle of studying" i said

"For what?" he asked

"Medical final" i said

"Oh, can i come over. Maybe i can help you study" he said

"Uh yeah sure" i said

"Okay i'll be there in like two minutes" he said

"Okay i'll unlock the door so you can just walk in" i said

"Alright" he said and hung up

I went to the door and unlocked it and then went back to studying. While i was reading through my notes i heard the door open, i looked over and it was Alex.

"Hey" i said turning my attention back to the papers

"Hey hows studying going?" he asked coming over and sitting next to me

"Good" i said adjusting my reading glasses

"Aww look how smart my beautiful girlfriend looks" he said

"Thanks babe" i said and gave him a quick kiss

"Mhm, so how can i help?" he asked scooting his chair closer and looking over my shoulder

Alex helped me study for the next hour and a half, im so glad he helped because it made it a lot easier. While i was reading a section from my book, Alex got up and closed my book while i was reading.

"Alex" i whinned

"Come on you've done enough studying for today lets go do somthing" he said

"Like what?" i asked

"I dont no, lets go to the beach" he said

"I-...alright fine, let me go change. Do you need to change into your bathing suit" i said

"No, im wearing it already" he said

"Oh, i didnt notice. I'll be back" i said and went to my room

I changed out of my clothes and put on my orange bikini and slid some shorts on and put a t-shirt on. I grabbed my beach bag and packed a few things i thought we'd need like towels and sun screen, then i slid on my sandles and walked out of my room. I skipped to the kitchen and grabbed some water and then we left. We stopped at a store and got two tubes to float on and then headed to the beach. When we got there we laid out our towels and sat down on them.

"So, isnt this more fun then studying?" he asked

"Yeah i just hope it was enough studying to pass" i said

"It deffinetly was, your gonna do fine babe" he said coming over and sitting next to me

"Yeah, anyway enough about my medical final and stuff. Wanna go swimming?" i asked

"Sure, i'll blow up the tubes" he said

"Okay" i said

After Alex finished blowing up the tubes we went in the water, it was so nice. We just floated around and talked, and occasionly would tip eachother over. After we were done in the water we put the tubes on land and went back to the edge of the water and sat in it and let the water hit our legs. It was quiet until Alex spoke up.

"So what should we do tonight?" he asked

"I dont no, im kinda in the mood for a movie night" i said

"A movie night sounds good" he said

"Awesome!" i smiled

"Your so adorable when you smile" he said

"Awww thanks" i said and he put his arm around me and pulled me close and i kissed him

Alex is deffinetly the sweetest boyfriend ive ever had...
